Purchased this back in November 2023, so just a few months away from the 2yr mark. This thing is a BEAST and works just as good as the day it arrived! I normally use it for air frying, which works great especially if you're frying a decent amount of food - this thing is huge for an air fryer. Beyond that, it's also become my main oven as it takes only a minute or two to get up to temperature. The buttons are a little wonky at first, since you have to cycle around the options, but once you understand how that functions, it's a piece of cake 🎂. Great product!

Navigating the temperature and timer controls may require using both the dedicated buttons and the +/- buttons, which can feel a bit unusual at first. However, we found it easy to adapt to this setup fairly quickly. Additionally, for those in the US, the "chip" function is specifically designed for making fries. Just a helpful tip!

This replaced another air fryer we had for a couple years. It’s much better and has many more functions than the old one. The food cooks very well using the preprogrammed settings and we particularly like the preheat function. The large capacity easily fits medium sized frozen pizza and it cooks amazingly fast. The interface could use improvements though. For example you can’t directly select a cook setting, you need to cycle through the list using a + or - button (touch button). I believe you should be able to directly select those options. We like the drop down door, like a full size oven, opposed to a double French door. It takes up less space and catches any drips on the way out. As with any cooking product it does get hot, but the exterior doesn’t get excessively hot. The oven is a bargain considering its price and functionality.

This is a good oven but the seller has exaggerated the size of it. This ovens exterior size is 14in.H with the legs. x14in.W x 17in. L. Also it might fit a 9x13 size pan if it doesn't have anything sticking out the sides. I bought this because my Condake Airfryer oven that is 3yrs. Old is starting to get worn out so I wanted to get a new one but couldn't find the same one. So when I saw this one which is a little bit longer length wise I bought it. Because it was the only one that I thought would be big enough for my pans. But not all of them will fit. Also if you airfry chicken or anything that has fat or skin you will need to put it on the 3rd. Slot so you don't get grease on the fan when it is airfrying. I have airfield chicken hindquarters that came out Brown and crispy. I also baked some cookies but the pre-programmed setting is a little off on the time length it needs to be 11mins. Instead of 15mins. I will update later after I have tried other things in it. The directions for selecting the pre-programmed settings were easy to do you just have to read the instructions really well. Update: I cooked a frozen pizza in it using the pizza setting an it came out great I also airfryed a Cornish game hen an it came out nicely Brown an crispy on the outside an juicy on the inside. I also airfryed half of a pork tenderloin an it also came out Brown on the outside an real juicy on the inside. I am really loving this oven. For those looking for a convection oven this one has that. No matter what setting you pick the fan is always running. You just can't hear it. The fan that circulates the hot air turns off after the oven is cooled off. This ovens is worth the money I paid for it. Like everything else some can be lemons You will have to clean this carefully. With a slightly damp sponge with a little dish soap an some paper towels to dry it off. That is what I do.

Bought this for a gift for my daughter for her birthday. It came damaged box was damaged and so was the product. Called Amazon and said to try it out. (Her birthday was the next day). Daughter did tried it out, it didn't keep temp. Took for ever for the chicken wings to cook, they didn't crisp up, pork and chicken took a long time to cook. The tray stained really easily and did not clean up well at all. Can't use aluminum foil because it flies around. So we shipped it back for a refund. It was shipped on Nov 6th. They received it on the 8th. No refund looked online for status and it said by the 16th. So I called Amazon and they said it could take 30 days for a refund and another 7 days for it to clear my bank institute. So 30-37 days for a refund. I checked status of my refund being TODAY is Nov 16th. Status for refund is now Dec 3rd. I shipped it back by UPS and had a tracking number. THEY ARE IN POSSESSION OF PRODUCT. I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS WHOLE ORDEAL. BUYER BEWARE..... Been a Prime member for 10 years. I have never had issues like this before. I will update my review if and when I get my refund. Something doesn't feel right with this.

It’s good so far. Just got it today and tried it with chicken wings and fries. Easy to use and works perfectly! I was skeptical at first because of the reviews I’ve seen about it being difficult to use with the digital buttons. I tried it and everything was fine. I thought it was pretty self explanatory but if you want to know more about the functions or you’re struggling definitely read the manual. Otherwise, it was great.
