This heater works great! My family and I have purchased a total of 3. It puts out a ton of heat even on the lowest setting. I would recommend this heater to anyone looking to save a bit on electric during the cold winter months. If you have children, please do not let them near the front of the heater as there is an open flame that fingers can get to. The metal on the front of the heater does get very hot as well. This can cause burns. It is simple to put together, but the instructions were a bit small to read. You will need to purchase a propane tank to use, but that is easy to come by. All in all this heater works amazingly and will save money on electric and keep you warm if the power was to go out (Heaven Forbid). ... show more

BTU's are way lower then advertised on high maybe 10,000BTU's,doesn't light well and doesn't stay on for more than 5hrs, good for small fishing hut but not for an insulated 10' x 14' shed

This is a good product for price and is 100% only for outdoor use. It clearly states this also in instruction. Recommends in ventilated areas but if you can't you need to get fresh air every 1 to 2 hours. The hose is not good and omits gas as is. I'm not sure if it's the build but will be replacing the hose and will update review. One thing I can say is it does put off good heat when it's windy and cold. It was easy to light after reading the instructions and also I didn't have the issue with it going out in wind. 4 stars because of the constant gas smell. ... show more

Engineering Department, Love my Dynaglo heaters but always wanted a similar style that would accept a 30lb bottle. Found Yours and it works Great! That said I was aware of the no shut off valve by the description on Amazon and all the reviewer complaints. I get it! In this day of helpless can't be responsible for absolutely anything society we live in, you have to cover your butt for the helpless & safety concerns. There is a very easy solution to make your unit more user friendly and easier to turn on and off with one simple modification. ( See Attached Photo) I cut a 5" round access hole in the top of the cover to easily reach the bottle control valve from the front of the unit. Presto the customer has ease of use, and the Blood Sucking Attorney's don't have to rewrite a damned thing for the manufacturer Liabilities. Lastly keeping with the front operation concept you may actually want to turn the instruction / information sticker facing forward so it is readable from the front of the unit. It is currently UPSIDE-DOWN. ! I am pretty sure if you do these two things You will have fewer Negative Reviews on Amazon and increased sales overall. Received had some assembly which was easy. Tested unit had a flame out issue. Contacted seller through Amazon. Received reply back within 12 hrs with possible solution. Re align tip over sensor that had gotten out of position during shipping. A 5min. Fix.
