The material of the chair is pretty durable and easy to remove any small stains (I recommend some water and dish soap). Chair is super comfortable. But, I have it on a wooden floor and I am afraid its only a matter of time before my floor is all scratched up from trying to move the chair. The wheels DO NOT roll smoothly. Sometimes they roll, but it's like that shopping cart with one bad wheel- except they're all bad. Bought for my gaming setup in my room and it looks great. The material is a faux leather almost suede. I give it 4 stars because the material seems like it can be damaged pretty easily if you scrape it with anything somewhat sharp or pointy. It's also not the most cushiony but it is still comfortable. I wish I got the taller one since I'm on the taller side and I feel like it would help my back not hurt as much if I'm sitting down for long periods of time. This chair arrived early, was easy to assemble (the props for the arms should have the arrow shape point towards the front -not labeled L & R, my only criticism), looks great and is very comfy. Bought this as it was a very attractive desk chair with the light brown color. However, the chair is on the narrow side. I'm 5'7 and average build but the chair is tight for me. The lips on each side of the chair comes up and is not comfortable to sit as it hits my thighs and feels cramped. Also, the wheels aren't gliding easily. You have to put some effort to move yourself. Not sure if it's the wheels or the legs that hold it though. It's probably good for occasional sitting only. Anyway, I cut up the box already so I can't return this anymore. Looks like it's gonna sit in the spare room and I'm gonna have to look for a better comfortable chair. ... show more

I got this as a gift for my mom. I wanted something very luxurious and this met that! It’s pretty comfortable too, my mom likes it bc she has enough room to sit cross cross while she works. It was a little weird to put together. We had to disassemble and do step 3 first then step 2.
