Just like most men, this thing is unreliable. I took it out of the package and blew it up a week before I needed it. Wanted to make sure it was good and to air it out (heavy plastic smell). The next morning it has lost air. I wasn’t completely concerned at the time but I should have been. On the day I needed it as I was filling it up, it sprung a leak. At the seam. I tried to cover it with duck tape and blew it up again and the hole got bigger. I couldn’t even use it. Very disappointing. The speaker that came with it was funny and had a bunch of different sayings. I missed my opportunity to return it which is a bummer. I’m out $35 for this piece of junk.

I got this blow up doll for my friend as a birthday prank. I wanted a blow up doll, but I didn't want to be crude/crass and get her those sex blow up dolls. No, this is a refined blow up doll. It actually is rather insulting to refer to this as a blow up doll. This thing is a man, a guy that will definitely make you do a double take due to its life size. Now, they said it came with a wrist strap so that you could attach the speaker to the guy, but I did not see the strap and had to make due with regular tape. Also, I suggest you use a balloon pump (which is not included) to blow up this guy, cause this is a big inflatable and there's only so much that your lungs can puff out. My friend loves this guy so much, she's gonna introduce him to her coworkers. Just know this guy isn't gonna do chores for you, but look good in your corner. I think that's worth it for $35. Just barely though.

I recently purchased the FUN delivery Man Akin: Inflatable Talking Boyfriend Husband, and let me tell you, it's a riot! This inflatable "man" has provided me with endless laughter and amusement. First of all, the concept itself is just hilarious. Who wouldn't want an inflatable boyfriend/husband to keep them company? It's the perfect gag gift for those times when you need a good laugh or want to play a prank on your friends. The talking feature is where the real fun begins. Man Akin comes with a voice box that spouts all sorts of cheesy and funny lines. The first time I activated it, I nearly fell off my chair laughing. It's like having a stand-up comedian in your living room, only this one is made of plastic and air! The inflatable itself is surprisingly sturdy. I was worried it might pop or deflate easily, but it has held up well to my antics and overenthusiastic hugs. It's also a breeze to inflate and deflate, which is a plus. Now, why did I give it four stars instead of five? Well, it's not a substitute for a real boyfriend or husband, and that's evident from the start. It won't cook you dinner, take out the trash, or provide emotional support (unless you find cheesy pickup lines emotionally uplifting). So, it's a fantastic gag gift and conversation starter, but it won't fulfill any real-life partner duties. All in all, the FUN delivery Man Akin is a hilarious and entertaining addition to any party or gathering. It's sure to put smiles on everyone's faces and provide a good dose of humor.
