I’m really happy with this Himalayan pink salt (coarse grind). The crystals are clean, consistent in size, and add great flavor whether I’m cooking, seasoning meats, or finishing dishes. I especially like using it in my grinder — it works smoothly and gives a nice even sprinkle. The salt tastes great and the size of the granulated works well in the salt grinder. I was disappointed in the packaging. It is a bag with a built in zip lock. I opened the bag using tearing from the pre-cut notch and was surprised to see that one side of the zip lock strip was detached from the side of the bag across the entire width of the bag. I double checked and where I your the bag, the edge is about 1/3" or more above the zip lock. Like like a bag manufacturing defect so I marked down 1 star. ... show more
