I have been wanting one of these for the longest time, finally decided to treat myself. The only thing I disliked is the "recipe" booklet they included. Whomever wrote it does not know how to write and does not understand usage. I simply tossed the book in the trash. For someone like me who loves to cook, it is not needed. If you are new to cooking, I'd invest in a good cookbook as well as the pot. Because the booklet they sent was incomprehensible, (the recipes were in English, and two other languages, but totally useless) ... show more

I love my new dutch oven! I can create flavorful dishes with ease all in one pot. And it so easy to clean! I would highly recommend this piece of cookware to anyone. It would make a great wedding gift also.

This item came up when searching for 6 qt Dutch ovens. When I went to go purchase this item, the only option was for a 5.5 qt pot, so that’s what I chose. However, when I received it, the pot looked SMALL! I checked the volume of this container my measuring out water and pouring into pot and it turns out it’s only a 5 qt pot!!! This is super disappointing and misleading! It also did not arrive with the silicone trivet. This was also disappointing. I have not tried out this yet to know how well it works. Update: The manufacturer reached out to me to make good with me. They explained their sizing of this product, explaining that 5.5 qt description is correct. I still wish it was a little bigger and also hoped to receive the silicone trivet. I did cook a pot roast in it yesterday and turned out great! It was delicious. I have changed my rating for 2 stars to 4 stars. ... show more
