The media could not be loaded. It is very easy to use and put together. It’s light and cleans well. It moves good and cleans corners well. It’s also quiet. The steam feels like you are ironing the floor. I like this and wish I knew about it sooner.

Light and ease of use. I love it because all you do is add water with the fill cup and bam you got heat then start cleaning pretty much all flat floor surface except carpet. I add a few drops off essential oil with my water so it can get the house smelling fresh as i mop. When your through you not only have steam clean floor but also a fresh smelling home. You get two clean clothes with velcor but i found that one doesn't clearly touch all of the flooring so i just attach both and it does a much better job. Also i recommend that you hand wash the cleaning clothes because i felt as though the washer might be to harsh and the velcor attachmen8 might get loose and then come about . Hope this review helps. from the photos I assumed that steam would protrude from all angles of the triangle head mop. turns out it only comes out from a center nozzle and does not do a very good job at pulling up dirt at all. My floor was particularly dirty so I wanted to see how well it would do under duress. there were white marks where the pad did not even make contact with the floor. I had to go over the floor by hand anyway. returned it right away. ... show more

I was looking for a new mop and didn't want to spend a ton of money like I have in the past. This product is very easy to assemble and light weight. Very easy to use and works better then some of the more expensive mops I have had in the past. It has taken off stuff off my tile floor that I usually have to get on my hands and knees to remove! Puts out more water then others I have used but drys more quickly I have noticed. This really is a great product! ... show more

Box was opened when I received it cord is way to short I live in a four room apartment u have to unplug for each room twice to use in my kitchen uses too much water I haven't mopped in a week (I have dog and cat) the mop pad was only lightly soiled one thing I will say is that I do love the swivel head you can get into the corners well but that isn't enough to recommend this product ... show more
