I Chose / Purchased this Item from reading the reviews and it's price point....I admit I didn't pay full atten to the full Item details MAINLY the warranty of SEEKONE products. (when I did later it was like WOW ) ....when My order arrived I was like this Is KEWL .. new toy :-) looked like it's a nice tool and perfect for my needs... I used it a while but it seemed to me it was making an arcing sound when I would turn it on ... but worked ok,, I only use it for 20-30 seconds at a time maybe 10 times over 2 days and then it just quit all together .... SO I did the usual thing .. return it and re-ordered thru my prime acct. .. what made me chose to stick with SEEKONE and not try another brand was the AMAZING WARRANTY & OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE !! it's unlike any other I have experienced when dealing with warranty / customer service issues .. I was personally contacted from the Manufacture ,, we exchanged a couple emails in the same day .. this experience has made me a SEEKONE CUSTOMER FOR LIFE !!
