The outside wall of my house, Hardy planks over sheathing was too flimsy to use anchor bolts. I located the studs and drilled new mounting holes so I could place it centered on a short section of wall. It supports my 22,000 BTU mini split compressor with no strain. Price was good. The wall mounting bracket was very well made. It was sturdy and held up my 18k Minisplit with no issues. I installed this on Brick and do not hear any vibration. I did not need to add any rubber as it came with it. I am very happy with this product.

I really liked this mounting bracket for my Mr Cool ductless Heat Pump. It's made of heavy gauge steel with a good coat of paint. As mentioned in other reviews the hole spacing does not align with 16 inch studs but the metal is soft enough to drill so it wasn't a problem. It even came with four good sized lag bolts to screw into my studs plus four machines screws to mount the condenser. My only suggested improvement would be to make the fasteners out of stainless steel. ... show more
