My previous cover became hard and brittle after years of exposure and started to tear. I’d looked at a bunch of replacements, but most of them seemed flimsy looking. This one feels very sturdy and looks much more attractive than most of the shiny, cheap, plastic looking covers. My unit isn’t square (34x32x39), but the cover is a good fit and I would have given the cover 5 stars if the Velcro opening (for the plumbing) had extended higher. My pipework exits half way up the unit from the ground and the Velcro doesn’t go high enough, so the cover doesn’t fasten properly at that corner (see the photo). For most units this won’t be a problem, but I removed one star because it would have been easy enough to prepare for this eventuality by extending the Velcro. I have just installed the cover, so can’t speak to the robustness, but it feels better quality than my last cover which lasted about 10 years, so I’m expecting it to last well. I would recommend this cover, especially if your plumbing exits the condenser near the base.

I received this cover quicker than expected/estimated, which was nice. I just had a new C/A unit installed, so I wanted to find something to protect it before winter hits. It arrived in perfect condition & seems to be high quality. I was initially trying to decide between this one & another one I had found on Amazon. I ultimately went with this one because it boasted a stronger material. Being in Wisconsin with a lot of snow, ice, frost, wind, etc., it is important to me that this holds up. Installing it over my unit was super easy & quick. It looks nice as well. I really like that there are drawstring cords on 2 sides to help cinch it & keep it in place. I also really like that I can buckle the cover in the corner that covers the connections from the unit to the home, so I don't have to worry about the wind kicking that up either. I would highly recommend this to others. I feel it is a good value for the price.

I research everything I buy, and this was the A/C cover that appealed to me. I am very impressed with the quality, heaviness, and sturdiness of the material, the neat and precise stitching (I used to sew), the air vents that keep the wind from tugging it off, and the classy look of the thing for an outdoor cover. I also like the two-color effect. Very sharp. It arrives folded up, naturally, and goes on in a few seconds with a few tweaks to get it centered. And it's not going to look like the photo. After using the cover for several months through rain, snow, wind, hail, and other tempermental weather, the cover never budged. The wrinkles also never fell out of the material either, from gravity or being wet and dry. So expect that it will be a little bit of a wrinkled mess. Also, unless your unit precisely matches the dimensions of the cover, it's going to hang off the edges of your unit, the way a too large coat or jacket hangs on you. In the photo the cover looks snug and square, but don't expect that, either. It's not a problem, just a little disappointing, so measure your A/C carefully to be sure you choose the cover size closest to your unit's dimensions. I'm in a geographic area that gets 4 seasons of weather, and after several months of fall into winter weather, the cover is still looking brand new. I'd certainly recommend this cover to anyone, just don't expect it to be wrinkle free or tailored and squared up as the photos show. But then, neither am I.

I purchased this cover for a wall unit air conditioner. I found it was very easy to place on and I like the fact I can snug it up with the pull cords on each side. Because it is a wall unit I did not put the cord through the hole provided. It's not bulky and looks good.

It seems a good value, sized exactly as advertised and reasonably sturdy. Should keep leaves and debris out. I'll tape farm plastic to the window frame to cover it at an angle, open at the bottom to prevent condensation build up.
