Why did you pick this product vs others?: Works great to hold the new mini split. Sturdy. Even came with rubber feet for sitting it on a pad vs mounting to the side of the building.

Used it to install my mini split this weekend, worked great. As mentioned, use your own level, not sure why this feature doesn’t work correctly, but it does not match my level. Otherwise it’s a solid piece

This is a good mount and I'd get this kit again. It came together easily and the material quality and finish is good. The bubble level though is comically off. Like so obviously crooked it boggles the mind. Like do they not have a jig at the factory that lines this thing up so it stamps straight? Must be some guy just eyeballing it. ... show more

Used it for holding the condenser of a mini-split. Well designed, easy to install, very strong. Used the built-in bubble level for installation. I thought it was so handy! Once everything was installed we stood back and was alarmed that the condenser was obviously not level! Did not see it working up close. Checked with my own level (should have done that first) and one end was 1/2 inch lower than the other! Built in bubble still right in the middle. Other than that it is a fantastic product! Maybe I'll level it out some day, but still giving it 5 stars as I'd buy again in a heartbeat. ... show more

When installing a mini split system, it is essential to have a solid connection between the outside unit and a solid base. I opted for the wall mount. Highly recommend - it keeps the unit off the ground while providing a secure base. Easy to install and took about 30 minutes.
