Description
Do I need to wait before plugging in the water dispenser after delivery? Yes. This water dispenser uses a compressor cooling system. If the unit was tilted during transportation, please keep it upright for at least 24 hours before plugging it in to ensure proper cooling performance and long-term reliability. Can I turn on the hot and cold switches before installing a water bottle? No. Please install a water bottle first and allow the internal tanks to fill with water before turning on the heating or cooling switches. Turning on the unit without water may cause dry heating and damage the dispenser. Why is the water not dispensing after I install a new bottle? After installing a new bottle, please dispense water from all faucets (hot, cold, and room temperature) for about 1 liter to remove air from the system. This is normal during first use or bottle replacement. Does this water dispenser show the actual water temperature? Yes. The built-in LED display shows the real-time hot and cold water temperature, allowing you to easily check when the water is ready for use. Does this unit use a compressor or thermoelectric cooling? This water dispenser uses a compressor cooling system, which provides faster cooling, lower temperatures, and more stable performance compared to thermoelectric systems.
