Got these for a Halloween decoration, absolutely love them so far. The design is super cool with the hole on top, so the flame flicks right out of the eyes and the roof of the head really well. The design is very detailed and accurate to the picture. And they just look really cool stacked on top of a fire-pit, or we will also put them individually on top of torches to add a really neat looking effect. The mini ones are nifty because they have various uses, and they are easy to store. Not too small like some other skulls that I have seen online, but the perfect size to show off details while still being versatile. They are very lightweight, yet still felt pretty solid. But I would try and avoid dropping them if possible just in case. They cool down quickly, and also came with an added bonus of a couple packs of fire color changing powder, which is really neat. This skull has held up so far and was easy to use! The 8" size is realistic and it looks great at our fire pit table. When the fire gets going, flames come out of the eyes, nose, and top of the head which is a great effect. We're excited to have it for our Halloween party.

The media could not be loaded. Light weight and very nice detail to it. Using it on top of the screen of my Solo Stove and it looks amazing. I did take a multi-tool and and a very small drill bit and carved a slot into the mouth and around the teeth to give it some additional detail with the flame. (Not done in the attached video). Second picture has the modification in a fire. Highly recommend, especially at it's discounted price. Thought it was a little over priced when I bought mine, but it was more of an impulse buy for the season - so I justified it to myself. May by a few more to see what I can do with my carving skills.

The package came delivered in tact with no damage (always a plus !!). We used the skull over the weekend in our propane heater/fire pit. The kids loved the Cool factor !! I bought the white/beige skull so it discolored to black and brown due to the propane flames, again in my opinion added character to the skull. The only thing that I found was odd or what I wasn’t expecting is that the skull is super light, it weighs very little. I originally thought it would be made of the heavy wood stove bricks but it appears to be made of the same porous small rocks that come with the propane fire pit. So far so good, after 2 nights of burning its still intact and good to go for our next trip. I would give this product a thumbs up and would purchase this product again.

It was so cool to watch the skull turn black and rocks change the color of the fire. I was skeptical about it being fire proof but when we removed it from the fire it started turning to white again and didn’t crack! I’ll be buying more to incorporate them into my firewall of my pit! Lots of fun! There was no harsh smell of chemicals and performed exactly the way it was supposed to!! Thank you!
