This is my second one. First one was in August. These replace my globe petree boxes. I love the ease of set up and to clean. No screws. No garden hose. The liner doesn't get ripped open by my cat, allowing litter underneath. I was using tidy cat max. But it sticks to these. So I found a fast hard clump works to drop clumps when it dumps. My 17 and 13 yr cats. Like not having clumps drop on their fur like the globes and sitting up in the open. They used the first one right away and not so much the globe. Im happy. Cleaning is so much easier to do. Washable liner. Everything is very well engineered.

Ok this product has made my life easier! It works perfectly, never have I had an issue with it and I’ve had it about 3 months. HOWEVER, if your cats are like my cats then they will love to kick the dang litter out all over!! So while this litter box is a high quality , perfectly sized, easy to clean box. My cats make it hard for me still to keep the area clean.

Edit 2: It's been a while and every day it still shocks me how garbage this thing is but now I can't afford a different one. LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS. DO NOT TRY IT. ITS NOT WORTH IT. GET SOMETHING BETTER FOR SLIGHTLY MORE. THIS IS CHEAP GARBAGE THEOUGH AND THEOUGH. ZERO REDEEMING QUALITIES. THIS IS BARELY A STEP ABOVE MANUAL SCOOPING WHEN YOU HAVE TO LEAVE IT ON MANUAL AND THEN PROCEED TO KICK IT EVERY TIME I GETS STUCK BECAUSE OF HOW ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE THIS CRAP IS. Edit: I made the mistake of doing a replacement instead of just doing a return and the new one has the same problems with faulty sensors causing it to stop half way through cleaning upside down. The only way I can use this stupid thing is in manual mode and when I'm in front of it so I can actually see that it completed because there's a 50/50 chance now every single time it cleans that it will just get stuck and then I need to pick it up and shake it around, sometimes unplug and replug it just to get it to do the stupid thing it's supposed to do. Why is it so hard to find any products these days that aren't crap? ALSO: Every time I put it in manual mode via the app, the moment the box loses power for any reason it reverts to automatic mode, which is a massive ****** problem when it can't be trusted to not totally block my cat from using the litterbox until I manually "fix" it. TLDR: DO NOT BUY THIS! And if you do, godspeed because this thing is hands down the worst experience I've ever had with a self cleaning litterbox. If they could just, I don't know, do the basic bare minimum thing of at least letting it SAVE my disabling of automatic mode I could at least use it "manually" so I don't need to worry as much, but if I'm away from home and the power dips or something it's basically guaranteed at this point that I will be returning to "accidents" outside of the box because this thing is too stupid to do its only job. I've had this for maybe two-three weeks and the stupid thing is already broken. First it got stuck upside down mid cleaning so my cat couldn't use it, then it kept complaining about the anti pinch infrared sensor, and now when it tries to clean it just straight up doesn't do anything but slightly rock the bin so I guess it's just broke now. Fantastic waste of money. Was good when it worked. Now, it have to manually help this stupid garbage do the thing I paid for it to do because the company couldn't be bothered to use decent quality parts I guess. Great time.

This is by far the best thing I have ever purchased in my life!!! The easy of cleaning out the bag underneath makes me SO happy. I haven’t quite figured out how to clean the inside (I threw away the instructions like a goof). Perfect fit! Weight is easy to move even with litter inside of it! It’s pretty tall so depending on where you want to put it I would definitely measure the space and leave a few inches for when it rotates so clean the litter. The app set up is a little confusing at first, but VERY convenient and omg makes my life so much easier!! My cats also love it and use it more than the round rotating one. I will be purchasing a second one to replace the round one I have.

We have only had the litter box for a week but wanted to share our experience with the Gravity Anti-Pinch error. Initially, EVERY clean cycle resulted in this error for 2+ days. We eventually figured out that we did not have the legs in the proper holes. Flip the bottom over and make sure the markings on the legs match the markings on the bottom. The markings don’t seem logical to me but as soon as we changed the legs around we haven’t received the error at all. Note: the instructions did say to make sure you put the legs in the proper holes but we put the R marked legs on the right (without looking at the bottom of the machine). The gravity anti-pinch error will also occur if the litter box has too much litter in it. The unit is well constructed and is a great price. The clean cycle is very quiet. We have 3 cats so the size of the waste drawer was one of the reasons that we chose this unit over other units. We also needed the open concept. Once we got past the “operator errors”, the unit works well and is easy to use. The TUYA Smart app has FAQs within it. Once the app is open and you are looking at the picture of the Mini-C, click on the pencil at the top right. Then scroll down and press on the Help Center. This unit may be a 5 star. It is new for us and it was a rough start. Documentation is available. It just seemed hard to find.
