This self cleaning litter box has made daily cleanup much easier in a multi cat home. The weight sensors seem to track usage well and the cleaning cycle runs when it should. The app control is helpful for checking status and changing settings without hovering over the box. Odor has stayed low as long as I keep up with emptying the bin on a regular schedule. It works well with clumping bentonite mineral litter and the clumps separate cleanly for me. Overall it has been a solid upgrade that keeps the area cleaner with less effort.

I bought this and was very excited to try it. I set it up as the instructions indicated but neither button on the side worked. I believe I got a defective model. It also refused to connect to wifi. The picture shows a high border but that does not come with the litter box. This was false advertising on their part. No customer support number is provided, only an email which responses are not quick. Would not recommend buying this product

The controls on this box were awesome. It was easy to set up, and we were very happy with it. However, one cat refused to go near it. The other cat would refuse to squat, thus sprayed the floor or the refuse box and or rake. We sent it back to get a self-cleaning box that would keep our elderly cat contained due to the high sides.

The media could not be loaded. This litter box is super easy and convenient to use. We used to have one of those round, rotating automatic litter boxes, but our cat is pretty big and fluffy. His fur would often touch the inside walls and even the waste, which made the box dirty very quickly. Sometimes waste would stick to his fur, and that actually caused skin allergy issues for me when cleaning or handling him, definitely not fun I was honestly a bit worried that this open-top style might feel too small for him. Even though he’s a big boy about 16 lb, But it turns out it’s totally fine. There’s plenty of space, and he seems much more comfortable using it. Since switching to this litter box, we haven’t had any of those issues. The open design really helps, and I no longer worry about him getting dirty after using the litter box. Overall, this has been a great switch for us, and I’m really happy with it.

I used to have those regular market litter boxes. Then I wanted to try an automatic one. OMG! This is a game changer. The app It weights my cat when she is in the litter, provides time and how many she took there. it cleans exactly at the time I requested. The cleaning is really good. It takes everything. 100% recommended I'm in love with this new box and so my kitty 🐈⬛
