I purchased these boots on 3 April 2022, ROPER Men's Mesh Boat Shoe. I give the Boots a 5 Star rating as of today. They are very comfortable, they fit very well. They come as advertised on the website. The price isn’t too bad, I do wish that they were lower. So far, I haven’t had any problems with these boots. I don’t wear them every day so I can only judge them based on my casual wear. Based on the reviews, it is hard to make a decision on getting them. I will say this, these boots are not made for working in the field or used as a pair of work boots with steel toes. Nor for welding. These boots are for the casual dress. So, if you buy these boots for an outside working profession, you probably won’t get your money’s worth. They are soft leather. So be sensible when you are deciding on the proper boots to get based on your job profession. I will come back with a new rating in a few months. ... show more

1.Good looking boots overall for the money! 2. The sizing was spot on! 3. Quality and longevity concerns But with being said this is my experience, The pictures I posted are from two days after Christmas when we received the boots.(which stunk because it was supposed to be here on the 22nd.) the first two pictures are boots we received the third is the stock photo. I wanted to reach out to the manufacturer before posting my review they weren’t helpful and brushed me off! So in my book that’s another negative. I let my daughter decide if she wanted to keep them or send them back thru Amazon considering that was the main thing she ask for Christmas. She choose to keep her boots even though in my opinion they looked like they had either been worn or had a manufacturer defect! I will be glad to update with any changes! ... show more

I like the overall look and design, could have paid attention to the details a little better and the soles are plastic, but what's to be expected from a sub $100 boot. I would buy these again to occasionally wear, not by a long shot an everyday boot.

I was very unsure on ordering these due to so many poor reviews, but they were needed for a funeral and had fast shipping. I figured for the cost even if they only held up for the funeral it was better than nothing. These were purchased for my 12yo son who wears a 7.5 in mens. Well, let me tell you, worth every penny, he wears them literally every day to school and loves them. They’re holding up well and haven’t come apart( it’s been a couple months now of daily use). He’s not easy on his shoes at all. He says they are extremely comfy and he likes that they’re not super stiff like most boots. Great purchase and will be ordering more when these are outgrown or finally wear out. ... show more

Nice fit, but and true to size for my wide foot and thick calf. The BASE, is HARD & UNCOMFORTABLE. Got FOAM SOLE SUPPORT and FELT NO WOOD to my foot & No MORE PAIN. Sent back my size 10.5 cause It was bigget & I was able to get my wear my actual shoe size. So true to FIT
