This is a great litter box. We have 3 cats that each have different needs for litter boxes and all 3 can use this box. It has multiple safety features and is very easy to setup. It also comes with a replacement basin in case yours becomes damaged. With 3 cats using this box we can wait 3-4 days before we have to clean the bin. Litter needs to be added every couple days depending on how much the use the box. There is a minimum and maximum line so that you know how much litter to add. This box may be used with an app on your phone as well. Setup- VERY EASY! You literally open the box; attach screws into the gear caps; attach the box according to the picture (so it is open towards the front of the box); attach the gear cover caps; plug in and turn on. Place a bag in the collection drawer and slide it back into place. There is also a deodorizer in the back that you can add- open the drawer and place it in and then close the drawer. Easy, and it smells great. Use- once setup and plugged in just add litter, keeping it between the minimum and maximum lines and let the box do the rest. To empty the litter pull out the drawer and remove the disposal bag, place a new bag in its place and put the drawer back in… and toss the used litter, obviously 😊 When this unit first runs, it is going to look like it is dumping all the litter out… it will not. Only soiled litter will fall out unless you over fill the unit. Safety features- There are multiple safety features. I have tested them multiple times and they continue to function as expected. If any weight increase is detected the cleaning cycle will immediately stop. It will resume for one minute after the extra weight is removed. If there is any movement inside the box it will stop and resume one minute after movement is detected. The box does not 100% close at any time during the cleaning cycle. The box can accept commands from the app directly during or in between a cleaning cycle. App- There is a free, user friendly app that you may download and connect your box to. Hold the WiFi button on the box, let it connect to your Internet and then select your litter box model. The app will tell you how many times the box was used, the weight before and after use… this is going to be a great diagnostic tool for helping detect bathroom problems early. Cleaning- You may ONLY submerge the drawers in water. The rest may be cleaned with disinfecting wipes. Litter Types- You can use most litters. No paper, tofu, or pellets. The unused pieces need to be able to sift through the slots on the paddle inside the unit. An extra hard clumping, easy slide litter is best. (Such as litter containing wheat and cassava). I am currently using grass seed litter and it works great. This litter box is a must have for everyone. It is not raising my utility bill and requires minimal maintenance, is priced great, and easy to setup.

Setup was quick, and I appreciated that it came ready to use with helpful extras like trash bags, a waterproof mat, and a litter mat. The open design makes it comfortable for my cat, while still keeping everything contained. The self-cleaning function works reliably and saves me from scooping every day, which is a huge plus. I also noticed a big improvement in odor control compared to a traditional litter box. Great product at a reasonable price. I’ve been looking at these but at 350 & up decided to wait until I saw this one seemed to fit the price. I’ve had it now for 3 weeks & just cleaned it out completely for the first time. 1) it has worked flawlessly since purchased & installed. 2) Easy to empty the draw every day. 3) very little cat litter outside the box & almost none in the drawer expect the waste. 4) Comes with an extra litter strainer on the bottom so when u clean it out completely you can alternate in a clean one as I did today & also remember to put the gate back. 5) love how its open at the top too & not enclosed as the cats stand up straight easily to do their business. So far so good. Very pleased with my purchase. It has an app for my iPhone but I’ve never really used it… just look & check the settings… I was initially concerned about how little cat litter it holds but it works great. I add a couple new scoops about twice a week.

Works fairly well. Less money than most. I wanted one Without Legs. Litter does get stuck on the left side and I have to use a chop stick to loosen the litter. I wish you could choose lbs vs kgs. Give weight but does not always show you how long they urinated. One cat would not use it so I had to move it for the other cat to use. Definately better than a normal litter box. Heavier than it seems. Gave it a 4 instead of a 5 because of the issue of litter sticking. I would still but it again.

This pan is not great for multi cat homes with cats that splash or dont squat to urinate. •The edges of plastic overhang where the plastic top meets the stainless litterpan are too short on the inside, causing splashing and urine from high urinators to seep between the gap and drip onto the floor. A few extra millimeters of length on this edge would correct this problem for future production. •The "caddies" on the side of the plastic top are tiny and a superfluous waste of space, which end up going unused in multi-cat homes. Eliminating them in future production would make the box more spacious for larger cats and high urinators, eliminating *some* of the splashback. •Overall, the quality of material for the plastic top is durable and easy to clean. •The stainless litterpan is standard quality and size for its material. No issues here.

Got this for my niece who has a small space and wanted better odor control. Setup was easy and it worked right out of the box. The open-top design made it easy for her cats to adjust, and the self-cleaning feature has really helped keep odors under control. It runs quietly and doesn’t take up much space, which is perfect for an apartment or smaller home. It’s also been great for someone who doesn’t want to change the litter box as often.
