I've owned and used many air fryers over the years. I had a classic Costco Gourmia 8Qt which worked great. I wanted something bigger so I got a Tri-Zone CruxxGG Air Fryer which worked alright for years, but the Tri-Zone took way longer to cook than a standard air fryer and the dual zones weren't separate shelves so cleaning the entire tray in a sink was cumbersome. I used liners to help alleviate the cleaning, but performance wasn't as good. This generic brand air fryer has been the best air frying experience of my life thus far. It heats quickly, cooks evenly, and gets my chicken significantly juicer than my previous machines. It toasts my bread evenly and quickly so I'll be removing my toaster. My frozen calamari came out air fried to perfection, and my chic peas roasted perfectly crunchy. Each shelf provides ample space and I didn't notice a drop in performance when using both at the same time. The bottom tray was sturdy on first usage, but now seems to be sliding out of the tray when I turn it over aggressively. Moving the rubber feet a bit helped and I'll keep an eye of this. I'm assuming this can be resolved easily. Cleaning the drawers in a sink is a breeze. No issues. Easiest air fryer to clean that I've used. The trays have a small hole in the middle for food to get through, that's the only negative I can see with the drawers, but avoidable and only an issue with my chic peas. The unit itself is very easy to use once you figure it out. There's + - controls in the middle to change temps, and a temp/time button to swap between different times. There are really cool colored pictures to show each food setting and they seem pretty accurate thus far. It was easy to match times to hold one drawer until it's ready. Again, just figure out how to use and it will become second nature. Someone using it for the first time will be confused, however. Make sure to wash the entire unit thoroughly and do a few test runs with no food in it. The first time I used it there was some visible smoke (which is normal from the manual). It was completely gone once I fully cleaned it. All in all, it's an unbelievable deal for the $65 I was able to pay for it. Highly recommended.

love it! I've had a few air fryers but this one feels so much better and professional. the dual timer works wonders. i love having the two baskets, too, much easier to flip and shake. had it for two weeks now and use it basically ever day. just run a paper towel inside the basket after use to clean and it's good as new. the only other thing i would love is is it came in a fun computer 😭 ps not sure why someone did a one star because it "doesn't turn off" - literally no appliance is off if it's plugged in, even if the light says it is. that's just electricity, man.

Sloppy design

Im giving this a one-star review because it lacks features such as a preheat feature which means you have to manually preheat it yourself. The time starts right away so you have to add time depending on how hot you need it and hope the temperature will be correct when add your food in. The cook sync thing seems unusable as well if you have 2 separate things with different cook times as it won't start until one basket reaches a certain time. Then, the cooks will be off because the 2nd basket is stone cold when it starts. Also the so called presets at the top are not selectable like other beands, you have to scroll through each one to find the right temp. This whole product is just sloppy design. I recommend a name brand like ninja, gourmia or Chefman.

No stop or on/off button

I dont like it. It doesn't have a stop or onn/off button, only pause button. So when Im done using it or I need to reset the timer or temperature I have to unplug it. Sending it back.
