As you see in my picture everything comes neatly packaged and yes you got to put it together. Takes about 45 minutes to put together . Please Don’t be intimidated by the picture . It’s really not that hard to put together. Also it comes with instructions. But the pictures in the instruction manual . are kinda poorly done . There were a couple of items that didn't appear to work as the description stated so I contacted customer service. They immediately responded and explained how the tilt and the head rest adjusted on the newer model. Customer service gets a 5 star rating. The chair glides easily, the adjustable arms, up and down, in and out and back and forth are a great plus. The wheels work well too. I'd give the chair an overall 5 star rating but it takes some time to put it together.

I've been on the lookout for a new chair for months now after suffering from using a "Gaming Chair" I bought in Amazon over 2 years ago now. I have arthritis in my lower lumbar that is pinching a nerve, and that gaming chair was like sitting on a concrete slab. It would mess my back up just sitting for an hour in that thing. Anyway I was looking at other chairs and I really don't have the cash to spend nearly $1000 for a chair that would let me be pain free. Saw this chair and did some research online and some forum lurking to see what others actually said about it. Pretty much everyone didn't have a bad thing to say about it, so I figured I'd try it. After all if it's bad I could always return it (thanks Prime).

Well-constructed, durable parts, easy to assemble and easy to follow instructions. Supportive in all the right places including lumbar support that is adjustable, and comfortable. No aches or fatigue even after hours of use. Customer support with minor issue was prompt and effective and easy to deal with. Could not be more pleased with purchase and would highly recommend for anyone who must spend hours in an office chair. Mesh back and seat well-suited for cooling qualities. Remains to be seen whether mesh will hold up as long as the rest of the chair's parts but after hours of use no indication that the mesh will fail prematurely. Only regret is that chair was not purchased years ago.

Easy enough to assemble with good back support. The arms, seat, and back are adjustable which is great but the adjustments do not completely lock in place so I often find myself needing to readjust.

Initially with my chronic sciatica, I had trouble sitting in the chair. It's not the chair's fault though, the chair actually has helped to improve my back significantly with the lumbar support. The customer service has been phenomenal. I honestly can't believe how great these people are and how much they care about your experience with the chair and want you to have a good experience. They reached out to me asking how everything was with this chair, and I was brutally honest. I told them how I struggled to sit in the chair because of my severe back pain and how it was a bit difficult to move the chair around on the carpet. The customer service rep Lola was very understanding and helpful.
