The chair was quick and easy to assemble. The mesh backing on the chair makes the chair cooler to sit in. With the flip up arm rests, the chair can slip right under the table. Also, the arm rest when down is comfortable and nicely padded. The seat height is adjustable. The chair rolls nicely on the floor. I like the fact that the chair has enough back support and is extremely comfortable. A roomy chair to sit in while working or playing at the computer. I am a large woman about 280 lbs. large. I had purchased a chair (from another vendor) and never thought about weight. Although the chair was fine for about a year, one day it just broke and I injured myself and of course was a bit embarrassed. When I went looking for a new chair, I made sure to note the weight limits. My prior chair had a plastic base which made sense as to why it did not last. This chair has a metal base. The media could not be loaded. Bought this office chair since my last chair’s wheel was broken. The chair came well packaged( forgot to take a video when it’s still packed), and easy to assemble. It's a good comfortable chair. Even though it came completely torn down, Husband said it was easy to assemble and liked that the screws and things were packed and labeled in a bubble card, instead of having to dump out all the pieces and sorting and counting them. Also had extras. The only down side was the wheels because they were for carpeted floors, we have wood floors so we had to buy wheels to save our floors. ... show more

There is one huge issue -- 3 days after ordering - and the same say as arrival - the price dropped by $10 - that's more than 10% - this is a seller issue than an product issue yet, it does affect the customer's view of the product. ... show more
