I ordered for my mom, she likes her clothes loose. You can order your regular size. This dress is for the fall or winter. It looks similar to the photo. It has a belt but no loops for the belt. I like it without the belt. It's figure flattering for those with imperfections. My mom ordered a large and she can wear a medium but I would not recommend sizing up unless you like this particular dress loose because it is Aline at it already has a little flare from the waist down.

This dress seems really well made. The fabric is very nice and feels like good quality. The dress is lined and the stitching is sturdy and proper. I found the design of the dress to be a challenge. There is a zipper, but it runs under the armpit, starting at the waist. This had no effect whatsoever in my getting the dress on and off but it is a real pain to try and zip up a zipper under the armpit. The dress itself, therefore has to be put on over your head and pulled on. It is snug and while the fabric does have a little stretch/ give, it is really like trying to pull on a tight sweater over your head and not mess up your hair or makeup. As every woman I have ever known, including myself , does their hair and makeup before putting on the dress, this is not a good design. The dress also runs small in the chest and arms area so I found it uncomfortable to wear. The belt does come separately so at least I didn’t have to fight with that too while getting dressed/ undressed but there are no loops on the side of the dress to keep it in place. For me, this was a no go and I am disappointed but it may fit another lady wonderfully and she may know a better and more graceful way for getting this dress on and off without messing up her hair and makeup. Quality wise it is great and the color is lovely but I am not happy with the fit or design.

This dress is for those who avoid adornment and prefer a somber statement. No frills, ruffles or trim. Straight lines only. Dark, thick fabric would work well for travel or long days as no stains would show. Short-waisted with a tie belt. I received a free sample, and this is my own opinion.

This dress is lightweight, comfortable, flattering, and well-made. Fits true to size. Excellent color pigment throughout and holds up well to machine washing without fading, stretching, shrinking, or changing texture. Great price. I highly recommend.

The cut of this dress is a bit of a tweener. A little too formal to be casual, a little too casual to be formal. But if you can find the right event, it is a nice dress. It's lightweight, comfortable, flattering, and seems to be well-made. The fit is a little small, but not way off. The colors are as advertised and the dress is machine washable. It is offered at a great price point. 4 stars.

The material of this dress is on the heavy side which, combined with the style of the dress, creates a flattering look and hides imperfections. It's modest and conservative, but still very attractive. Due to it's weight and nylon content, I would not want to wear this in the heat of summer unless I was sure to be in air conditioning. But it would be perfect for coolish weather.

Product images and the whole fancy description sets the bar so high for this product that you eagerly wait for the product to arrive. The problem starts after that. 1. Bad packaging: Please respect your products and always put them in nice packaging to prevent them from any damages and and infinite wrinkles. Mine looked crushed! 2. Poor Finishing: This is one reason why these dresses are not so expensive. They save money by not including quality check in their process. I found a few stitching issues and some imperfections as well. 3. Not That Shiny Color: I ordered a black dress and the material makes it looks a little dull. The dress does not look new or attractive when worn. 4. Size: Though it did fit okay, but it was not as comfortable as I hoped for. I did order what the size chart says. But the dress should cover a range of numbers within a size category. Overall, its not a great dress that can impressive anyone. It has areas of improvement and should work on them.
