I bought this to try out different techniques with toner so of course started off with lightning the hair so I could test the toners on it and about 1/2 the strands of hair will not lighten at all. Foils are puffy and hot, Very clearly synthetic hair. Great if you’re buying to practice styling without heat, braids, dreads, straight updos or scaring people.

I got this for my daughter as a birthday gift and she loves it. It came nicely packaged. She said it was really soft. Way softer than her other Barbie heads. I haven’t found a whole bunch of stray hairs so it’s safe to say there no shedding. It’s really sturdy.
