In my 60s now, and have been a home owner and rental property owner my entire adult life. I have installed and changed out more ceiling fans than I could ever remember. I've seen many styles, features, quirks, and mostly design improvements over the years. Some I liked a lot, and some I absolutely hated. I have never installed a fan yet that was perfect, but this one comes very close. It's built solid yet only weighs seven pounds. The DC motor is very quiet. The paddle style blades make the only noise, and yet it's not an unpleasant sound. On the lowest speed I can't hear it, but I can certainly feel it. The three blades move a lot of air for a 32" fan--best in class. The three blades are simpler, will be easier to clean, and allow for blade installation prior to hanging, which is absolutely wonderful. Many fans come with hangers that are intended to allow the blades to be installed on the ground first, but in practice I find that impossible to do with any larger, four or five blade fan. With this fan, it's easy to completely assemble it on the ground and hang without help. I really like being able to reverse the fan direction without climbing a ladder, and six speed settings are twice the number of most fans and allows for a more granular control that I appreciate. The included light kit is the only light you'll need in the room, it's almost too bright. If there's only one negative to this fan, it's that a dimmer for the light would be a huge plus. This thing is bright! It does allow you to select from three distinct temperature ranges. The blueish range is like having an arc welder in room. The next time I drop a small part on the floor, I won't have any trouble finding it. The warm shade is pretty good, still bright. You might like it though. In short, I am pleased with this purchase. The fan is light, sturdy, quiet, simple, easy to install, and the included light is bright, and it was less expensive than I would have expected. Only time will tell how durable it is.

I got this 32" fan with light for a small bedroom (7.5 x8.5 ft). Shipping was fast. It installed quite easily and the instructions were fairly understandable with pictures (which helped). Once the fan and light was all put together, then all I had to do was remove the existing light fixture and install this in its place. It was on sale so definitely appears worth the price. I had the 2 AAA batteries on hand for the remote and so far it appears to work great. The remote is pretty intuitive except for the light adjustment - I went back online to the product description to learn how to adjust the warmth of the light. (Push the light button repeatedly and hold for 7 seconds to save. There are 3 choices of light warmth.) The fan motor is super quiet but the blades themselves make a soft noise which likely would get louder on high speeds. It shouldn't need the higher speed however because it moves enough air for a nice sleep and circulation at the lower speeds. (less than #4). So far so good and I am thinking of getting another for my bedroom. My only hesitation initially was that it wasn't visually very beautiful but the hope for quality over aesthetics won out. Now I am glad. It has a nice clean, modern look and pretty is as pretty does. I will add on if anything changes but so far so good.

I’ve grown to hate this fan. The light (there are three settings all basically the same) is blinding and you can’t dim it. We have this in a hallway and we just can’t use the light. The fan has supposedly many speeds but the lowest speed is too fast for our comfort. So it’s too bright and too fast. Also when we use the switch to turn it off and then back on again, only the light goes on (cover your eyes!) so you have to use the remote to turn on the fan. I wish I had my old fan back. This was a mistake. But I can’t return it, as I’ve already had it installed. Ugh.

The media could not be loaded. I posted a video. Here’s a breakdown; the fan is cheaper than most even from big box stores. It’s not bulky, moves air and has great lighting. I’d be confident with this in a larger bedroom but ideally for smaller bedrooms 12x12 or so because it might look out of place due to its size. But it would function as well as a 52 inch fan. Installation was a breeze..about 8-9 steps which are clear in the directions. Wiring to ceiling was very simple and straightforward. The fan functions; the light will turn off/on by the wall switch. The fan speed has to be operated by the remote (this is the only downside). So if you have the fun running and turn the wall switch off everything powers off; then when you turn the wall switch on you’ll get the light on only. Fan has 6 speeds which is plenty..has reverse direction for the winter. Overall I can’t say enough about this fan. If you can live with the only downside of the fan then this is certainly for you.
