Picked this up recently when I purchased my first pressure cooker. Got a great deal on it, but it didn't come with what I thought it should have. So, money saved on it was spent on the other items. Great to use even you don't need the regular lid that the cooker comes with. Allowed for better viewing of contents. Esp. while sauteing, etc. Also, has a small vent hole. The handle is plastic. Hasn't seemed to get hot. Should make lid easier to remove without fear of getting fingers burned or have there be need for towel, gloves, etc. The additional sealing rings are helpful to have on hand and well. I haven't checked out the cookbook yet. No regrets or complaints about this purchase. ... show more

What a great addition to this pressure cooker to be able to use it as a slow cooker as well. Have used the lid, planning to use the rack in the bottom tomorrow. Items shipped and received as described. Thanks for the quick service.

I only ordered this for the glass lid, but for the price the extra rings and the cookbook are a nice bonus. The cookbook is quite nice.
