The Delta by Nuke will create an experience unlike any other right in your backyard. This grill has 547 square inches of main cooking area and lined with refractory bricks for even heat performance. Adjust the removable grill grate with the handle and lock system to sear or slow cook when you need. Use the separate firebox to start or refuel your fire without affecting your cooking area. Distribute coals along the base when and where you need them, to give ultimate heat control of your grill. Close the attached lid on those windy days or when you want to create an oven or smoker effect. Use the front fold- down door for storing accessories or a warming shelf while you grill. Saute vegetables or other delicate foods with the included grill pan. Add it to the top of the firebox for an extra 188 square inches of cooking space. Add your own outdoor skillet or wok for endless cooking possibilities. The steel cart has a wood base that is perfect for storing charcoal or other grill accessories. This cart has two swivel casters that roll on any patio surface and lock in place when you are ready to grill. This grill comes with a full- length vinyl cover, 30-inch fire poker, 30-inch shovel, and 19 5/8 by 9 5/8-inch griddle....

We have a Traeger grill which we really enjoy this is an amazing addition call outdoor grilling. Easy to use the only challenge is finding good hardwood but that’s minor in comparison to the cooking experience. Our first cooking attempts with a full chicken and a tomahawk ribeye both came out amazing. very well made and heavy duty....way way much better than any grill you'll find at home depot,.. the fire poker, shovel, and griddle are heavy duty even the swivel casters the shipment was very fast!!..it was delivered 1 day ahead of schedule only one little problem, one of the bricks was broken but there is 2 extra bricks included,so no big deal ... show more

It’s a very good piece, materials and finishes looks very strong. It arrives with some oxide surfaces and broken bricks. The bad, very bad part, was the delivery, they left the 160 pound box outside and ran without knock the door to avoid left it in the right place Update. The mechanism to move the grill up and down no longer works, the paint is very bad, all the surfaces rusted very quickly, the compartment door came off after 5 uses, really expensive for the quality. ... show more

Sent wrong wheels and instead of sending new ones gave me $20 rebate n said buy my own. Product came bent up. But other than that I like cooking on it

I get the other reviews that the construction isn’t perfect. It’s not! But there was nothing with the grill that couldn’t be addressed. The most obvious issues are the sharp edges. Could have spent more time here. Your hands will catch some burrs. But I was thrilled with the construction otherwise. Nice and sturdy. And the ceramic tiles, while some showed up broken, make this thing hold some real heat. ( grill comes with spare tiles). My only serious complaint is around the paint. Looks great and way better than flat black, but the fire pit area gets gummy and the paint rubs off under heat. So the only negatives here are pretty superficial. I love cooking on this and 90% of the fun is burning wood and moving coals. It’s primal and therapeutic. I did research for other grills and saw they were thousands more with all kinds of crazy wheels and cables. The Nuke provides all the fun, sturdy construction (trust me, it’s heavy) and an authentic South American cooking experience. Cook update. Fired this up for a 2.2 lb ribeye. Not for the faint of heart! Reverse sear method. This is where this type of grill shines. Took 30 min to get to 120F. In the picture you can see this beast in the far left. I put the steak on once the grill temp hit 250 and got the grill to maintain around 400-425 once I got the coals rolling. Again that’s the exciting part. Playing with fire. When the internal temp hit 115 I moved all the coals under the grate and dropped it as low as it would go. 3 min sear on each side. Amazing. Want to touch on the tiles again. It’s the reason this thing completely open in the front but holds the heat. I shot the floor with my infrared thermo and all the tiles on the “cool” side were between 450-500.
