So far it works great! If you plan and using the burner all day like I did to clean my fleet in the winter. Buy a couple of diesel cans as it will use a lot ( which is expected). Also remember to turn the burner switch off or the fan will run the battery dead.

The purchase of this item became a nightmare. It is overpriced on Amazon by over $1000.00 dollars. It it does not come with all its parts which you must obtain yourself (battery $200, owners manual, etc.) There is a large bag of parts not installed at the factory that you must figure out where they go. Remember there is no owners/operators manual. Contacting the manufacturer Northern Tool and Equipment is a frustrating waste of time as your chances of an help are non-existent. You can no return the item for the above reasons with out arranging for a freight shipment and paying those charges yourself. Northern will also charge you an additional restocking fee based on the freight charges that you spend. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS THRU AMAZON AND THIS COMPANY!

Keep having issues with the pressure valve. Went through 3, manufacturer says it's dirt in our system....however red paint chips came out which had to come from machine. My hubby loves it when it works...I saw $4,000 it should work all the time. Pressure value sticks and to me it was a waste of money. We ran many smaller ones on the same lines without any incidents.

Works good, valve on the sprayer handle leaked but the manufacturer replaced in only a couple days. Only complaint I have is that is heavy to move around.

These machines are not made for travel. A salesman sold us the one we have and said it would do great on the road. No way. Not even a year and we have had to replace bolts then the frame broke in half destroying the fuel lines and wires. Northstar will not help. The unit is now junk because it would cost more than it's worth to fix it.

I got "Gas Wet Steam and Hot Water Pressure Power Washer - 3000 PSI, 4.0 GPM, Honda Engine" this week. Tried to start by switch. Start motor worked but it didn't engage to flywheel of engine. After starting engine by pulling wire, high pressure water worked but burner didn't work. I asked the seller "Northern Tool + Equipment" and they gave me a number of service department of "Notrhstar". I called to "Notrhstar" but nobody took the call. I called to "Northern Tool + Equipment" and they also unavailable. Then I asked return the product by Amazon message to the seller "Northern Tool + Equipment" and they are not responding me and ignoring my claim. It is unbelievably disappointing...
