I purchased this on the Nordic track website and first of all, I cannot post a review there whatsoever. Notably, ALL reviews are very positive which makes you think you’re making the right decision. Less than 30 days into it, console stopped working. The way you contact customer service is beyond horrible. Really no option to call in. Hard to get an available chat agent. Be prepared to wait and wait. I’m actually staring at my cell now for half an hour waiting for “agent is on the way”. Machine itself is okay. Not loving this like a previous Nordic track elliptical, but have to literally ride it out now. Three options for stride isn’t correct. You can glide or stair step. This machine does not work like a treadmill at all. It’s also not really like an elliptical either. The gliding reminds me of the fitness flyer from the 90’s. There is a huge learning curve involved. This is also a very big machine and it doesn’t fold up, so consider that also. Had I experienced this in a store, I probably would’ve kept moving and left this one be. You have to hold on tight getting on and off because the pedals are high off the floor. Machine pedals keep moving when you enter and exit, so you have to be very careful. This machine wouldn’t be well for older person unless they were already in good shape and have no balance issues. Not very engaging without expensive ifit, but can deal with that when membership runs out. Having said all that, I feel like it does work me out because I have to exert the effort instead of relying on a treadmill to push along.

I will start with I did not purchase my NordicTrack FS10i FreeStride Elliptical through Amazon, I bought it directly from the NordicTrack website. I have had nothing but a horrible experience with this product, NordicTrack and iFit. After taking a day off of work to have the equipment delivered, no one ever showed up. Found out the delivery guy decided not to deliver it because it was damaged; after sending me 3 messages saying they were 20 minutes away for delivery. Then when the 2nd one was delivered 2 weeks later, it was damaged. I reported it right away (within the 30 day warranty period) and they sent me repair parts. Once the new parts were installed, I started to try using it and it would not track my distance. Called NordicTrack, again within 30 days, and they had me update the software and reboot. It was still not working. 3 visits from a repair guy later (whom ghosted me for over a month), the thing is still not working and in fact, there are now more things wrong with it. Called NordicTrack to get a refund because I was tired of paying for something that did not work and they said I was outside of the 30 day warranty window, so they would not refund my money. My only option was to work with the warranty department for a repair or replacement... so 11 months after paying for my purchase, I still do not have a working piece of equipment.

I can't believe I paid $2,000 for this machine. It is frustrating that I didn't look at the reviews on Amazon. I looked for something through several different sites that might be similar to an Arc Trainer like they have at the gym and this kept coming up on other sites, but it's actually nothing like the Arc Trainer, It doesn't give a very good workout even at the top leveles, at least not for me, it might work better for someone who just doesn't want to walk or jog fast or sweat much. Also if you don't choose to pay the $30/mo. for their ifit subscription, you have to wait for the machine to give you the optioin "manual" 3 times before you can even begin your workout. I decided to order me an elyptical instead. This thing advertises to be 3 machines in 1, but it is not much more than a strider and stepper. It doesn't work well at all as an elyptical. Now I have to find someone who will take this thing off my hands.

Terrible computer interface; super slow, takes minutes to start working out. Claims “35 onboard workouts” right on the machine, but it has zero. ZERO! If you have Wi-Fi and pay for premium subscription you can have access to them, but they are not onboard. The stride length is way too short. I’m 6’ tall and hit the end of the stride at about 3/4 of what I’m used to. It breaks my heart to have spent so much money on a “quality” machine to have it fall so, so, so far short of the mark. Would not buy again and would not recommend to anyone.

Do not purchase if you want more than a walk or to use as a stairstepper. Nordic Track is aware that this is not designed appropriately for a hard workout, despite marketing it otherwise, and still charges $250 to return once you spend hours on the phone for them to tell you that (including 2 hour hold times..). I'm now down' $500 total (initial delivery included) and will have to find a way to haul this equipment outside for it to be returned. I no longer trust Nordic Track at all. Please avoid this product and Nordic Track.

Not made for running. They advertise it as so, but its hard to go over 5mph without banging the length of the stride as someone whos 5' 11" 165lb 33 age this is hard to workout on as I cant push ut like I want. Now I can still get about a 400 calorie workout in 30-35 minutes, but the ifits are saying it should only be a 160 calorie workout. This is with my heart rate 150-175 primarily the whole time. Also no manual workouts like it says unless you logout of ifit from my reading ive not tried it though.

Bought from Nordic track, paid for delivery and $199 install. During my wife’s 4th workout the computer and fan both stopped working and now unit won’t power on. Brand new!!! What a joke. And from the looks of it, I’ll now spend hours on hold and a month for a technician. STAY AWAY. My review is no different than the others. $1800 down the flipping toilet
