I bought this to replace my previous air fryer because I don't want to be exposed to phthalates. It performs well, and I like that I can see the cooking process from all sides because of the glass bowl. This is a great feature! It was a little awkward to use at first because the lid is more cumbersome than my previous air fryer (until I got used to it) and it takes up more space than my previous one. The trade-off to the cumbersome lid is what seems to be a more efficient way of cooking. I'm not quite sure how the rotisserie feature works, but since I don't have much use for that feature anyway I haven't really tried to figure it out. The "self-cleaning feature" is not much to write home about, but no matter, because the glass bowl is super easy to clean as it is with soap and water. All in all, it does a great job! I had some initial concerns about it's use and safety, but the company's very responsive customer service addressed my concerns to good satisfaction. Kudos to the company for for wanting to be of service!

Love the air fryer, but after only 5 months it has started to fail. When turning on you can hear the fan/ gears grinding making a horrible noise that eventually settles. The ring around the base also broke while in use, which snapped off the hand hold as well exposing the internals. 90 day warranty for 150$ air fryer is terrible

I had been looking for a replacement for my old air fryer and this little baby caught my eye! What drew me in was the huge glass bowl that allows me to view my food while it’s cooking! I love the way it looks on my counter and my daughter loves to be able to see her chicken nuggets cook. This was a great buy for my family as we use the air fryer all the time! I made chicken wings for my first meal using this air fryer and babyyyyy! They were so crispy and crunchy! You would have thought the sound of the crunch was fake! I took the wings straight from the freezer and put them into the fryer with no thawing. They cooked for 25 minutes and I turned them over about halfway through the cooking time. Delicious! It comes with several attachments for different styles of cooking. A rotisserie stick for chicken or any time of meet that needs all over cooking and turning. It comes with a hook to grab the meat out once it’s finished cooking. It also comes with a detachable motor that turns the meat inside the air fryer. It’s is super easy to clean as it features a self cleaning option. You fill the bowl with soapy water and turn the air fryer on which allows the soapy water to heat up and easily remove any stuck on food. This makes for such an easy cleanup as my last air fryer was a pain to clean. I truly appreciate the glass bowl because it doesn’t feature any dangerous coatings that could release chemicals into my family’s food! This was a huge selling point when making my decision to purchase. I love how classy it looks in my kitchen. It’s not super loud. All air fryers make noise and it just becomes part of the kitchen clatter when making dinner. It doesn’t have a bad smell or anything like that. I literally just smell my food cooking. If you’re looking for a new air fryer like I was, you will absolutely love this one! I promise!

We purchased this air fryer to ditch the non stick and other toxic materials that are in other air fryers, and loved how this one is made of glass. The bowl is also very easy to clean. HOWEVER, the design of the lid/heat vent in the back is terrible. You cannot place this with anything behind it - we've had guests accidentally melt a bottle of olive oil because it was behind the air fryer - so it's a nightmare making sure that nothing gets accidentally placed near it and gets incinerated. Also, most recently, and what made us leave this 2 star review, is the fact that now it's actually gone and melted its own power cord, rendering it unusable. This would have been a simple fix if the cord was not placed right next to the heat vent on the back. This feels like a major design flaw in what could have been a really nice product.

The media could not be loaded. Wow, I love this air fryer. I’ve had it just over a week and have made French fries, sweet potato fries, and shishito peppers, and I’m *just* getting started. I love that this I glass, so I can watch what is happening inside and either stop it sooner or add more time. Everything happens so quick! I’ve gotten several compliments from friends who have now added it to their wish lists! Especially for the tumbling basket, which many other air fryers don’t have. It’s very easy to figure out how to use this! I leave the recommended 5in of space in each direction. To address reviews commenting on cord damage… I can see how this would happen if the cord is placed across the vent in the back. It’s truly a matter of leaving enough space on all sides, not crunching up against a wall so the cord is compromised. The vent is pushing out all of that very hot air… def give it clearance. Absolutely love the self-cleaning feature, I’ve included a video of it (after the heat dulled down the suds!) and can say cleaning this unit is very easy thanks to this. I’m so very pleased with my purchase after having my eye on this air fryer for over 1 yr. Happy to have gotten this on sale for $150 around Black Friday. Very worth it!!
