I purchased 2 of these, it’s pretty obvious that the manufacturer hasn’t assembled their own product. Both kits I had to drill missing holes. The latches to close the gates where missing the slide pin, tip: the drill bit size to drill missing hole is the same size as missing slide pin. :)

I had to write a review even though I just got it today and put it together today. Much sturdier and heavy than I thought it would be which is great! Decently easy to put together and did it alone. I bought the medium so my frenchie has a lot of extra room.

This dog crate/dog house is top notch. I rarely write reviews but I'm very impressed with this. Solid construction, heavy, super stylish. Came perfectly packaged and very easy to understand directions. It looks soooo good.

My husband put this together and said that this was the worst piece of furniture that he’s ever had to build. The directions are too vague and a lot of the pieces don’t even fit together. It’s basically a huge guessing game. Not worth $180…

A few days ago I received this product, the box arrived very broken and with the tape I assumed that the product was broken, I decided to open the box to see how bad the damage was to my surprise, all the screw packages were open to appear to have been returned by someone else And not only that, inside the box I find myself with the surprise of a snake, a tremendous scare, the box was in my living room all night, and the next day the box is moved we find ourselves with snakes, a tremendous scare.

This product was exactly what we were looking for. We got it on sale for under $100 and our dogs absolutely love it. They’re able to see us at all angles whether the door is closed or not. The material is very durable and the top works great to store their food and treats. I like that this crate fits more with our decor than regular wired crates, plus there is absolutely no chance our small pups will escape from this crate!
