I am glad with the two skillets so far. Most important thing is they are so easy to clean. Sometimes I left them for a few days and washing is no issue due to the non-stick surface. The 10 inch skillet is not heavy, very versatile. This is high quality product overall.

I like that these cast iron pans are coated. They take some getting used to. They get very hot so you need to turn it down after heating up. I really like the fact that they get very hot. They are very heavy but that is because of being cast iron. They clean up without any scrubbing, just wipe with a sponge and dry. I like the wood handle, but I don’t like that you need to remove it to go in the oven. I knew that before I purchased them so not a deal breaker. Overall these are a great addition to my pan collection and I use them everyday.

The media could not be loaded. I do like to cook and I do it quite often, so it matters to me to find least toxic pans, this one definatelly doesn't not disappoint! The 100% cast iron with very interesting 'honeycomb' design is perfect combo in achieving healthy, nonstick goals. As you can see from my video, this pan is truly impressive. I like my eggs with a bit of butter but for the sake of review I didn't add any kind of oils to it and eggs came out nice, in fact egg sticked to my silicon spatula and not the pan. I have this pan now for almost a year and it's holding up great. I like it so much that I bought each in every size. One thing to understand about cast iron is that the nonstick is due to seasoning and even heat control and with good care, it improves over time and doesn't wear off like with regular coated pants. It is important to use them when hot and never leave them wet to air dry, as they will rust. They are super easy to clean as not much sticks to them. I never put them in dishwasher just wipe them off with paper and if really dirty, wash with warm water and soap, dry them and re-season. Additional perk- wooden handle can come out (I am too lazy though so I keep it on all the time), and whole pan being cast iron is oven safe and withstands high temperature. The 8" is with actual cooking surface of about 5.5", with depth of ca 1.5"; (will fit comfortably 2 eggs) and weights little over a pound 1.15lbs. The 10" has actual cooking surface of ca 8.5", with a nice depth of ca 2", weights ca 3.3lbs. The 12" (it's marvelous and deep almost like a wok) weights ca 4.8lbs with cooking surface of ca 9.5" and depth 2.5"

With big handles which stay very cool during the most extreme of frying. These Lamfo pans are an excellent addition for the stovetop and oven (less the handle, screwoff). There was a similar pan made in Japan where it was twice $ for a ten inch. There is a real piece of mind while cooking on high and there is no chemical coatings involved with the pan surface. Weight: Not really heavy considering it’s a cast iron Handles: On the large size which is desired for high temperature cooking. Honeycomb surface. Incredible with these pans, and browning is easier with the surface. Hex what? A Pavement song from the 90’s. These Lamfos are top notch and are a great value

Idk what the coatings are made of, but these pans are extremely easy to clean, the handles are long enough for two hands, the honeycomb texture is beautiful, and washing them is a dream. I have only cooked with them up to medium-high heat using a gas burning stove. I haven't tried the oven yet.

They are surprisingly light for what they are. I would have loved them if they were flat bottom, straight sided. From the pictures, I thought that is what they were. They have a very rounded bottom to side curve so for me they would not work. Even though the price was good and seemed to be of decent quality I decided to return them based on the shape.

These skillets are far better than any available in the market. It's better than non stick as well. This product comes with a great handle (wooden) which is a must for any car iron skillet as it's tough to handle the cast iron skillet that comes with a regular iron handle. This skillet exceeded my expectation compared to any other skillets in the market (even the non stock) as the food didn't stick when cooking a potato. I've cooked potato, tomato curry, and Ivy guard which didn't stick even a bit. It's easy to wash as well as nothing sticked on the pan.
