My son is Autistic. And he uses tablets to learn. You can hand him any tablet & he can figure it out no problems. He learned to talk, ABCs, count and so on on tablets when everything else failed. So, we have many for him. In the past, it was a lot of Fire Tablets, because they were super cheap & fairly durable. But now all of a sudden Fire Tablets are getting more expensive & that defeats the purpose of having them. But we do have android tablets too. I got this because it came with a case. And it was cheap. 1st let me say that when you set it up, you have the option to set up as a children's tablet, or regular. So, an adult could use this. I set it up as an adult. Because my 6 year old son knows exactly how to use it that way. And we always find childrens tablets to be very limited. Out of the box, it had a 50% charge & it was dropping battery so rapidly, that I had to plug it in before we even got it set up. It takes a Type C USB, but it is super picky on which cable/charger will actually charge it. For example, my Galaxy Z Fold charger won't work with it. I find this odd. Once fully charged, it will be dead in about an hour. You basically need it plugged in all the time. Which my son isn't going to do. It's very slow. So slow that you question if it froze. If you are bringing up a keyboard, the lag is so bad that you'll want to beat your head against a wall. Or break the tablet on that wall. It's extremely frustrating. Apps freeze. My son is basically a genius on Tablets. But with this thing, he is handing it to me constantly to fix it. I'm not sure why I am giving this 2 stars. This thing is garbage. I guess maybe I'm giving it 2 stars because I didn't pay much for it. There has to be a better one for cheaper. I hate giving bad reviews. But people should be warned. This thing will frustrate you to no end. ... show more

It was ok. It was for my 2 year old so he would stop crying for his siblings computers while doing their homework. He got bored/frustrated w/ it quickly because it moved so slow. I wouldn’t recommend for anyone older than 2

The tablet is excellent for keeping kiddos occupied, but after the first 5 days it wouldn't charge anymore. Replaced fairly quickly wasn't much of a hassle. It is slightly slow but toddlers don't need too much speed on a device
