Fantastic quality. We've had these pans for several months and they are great. We usually heat them on low (glass top electric) for about 3-5 minutes before using them, since we have a cool house in winter. The metal conducts heat so well that we never have to go above low medium, or maybe medium for frying or boiling. Cleans very easily. These will last for years, I have no doubt.

I was a little worried if this brand would be as good as the NAME BRAND skillets and cookware being HEAVILY advertised on Facebook and YouTube that is priced much much much more than these pots and skillets. I had taken everything out of my bottom kitchen cabinets and scrubbed everything down with Clorox , including the actual shelves in the cabinets. I got rid of everything!!!! No more Teflon anything. I ordered all new pots and skillets in this brand of products. I used one of the skillets today for the first time. I made a simple grilled cheese sandwich. I could not believe how much better the skillet cooked!!! It was like the sandwich, which was buttered before putting in the skillet, and nothing at all was added to the skillet, and It was if the sandwich was literally floating in the skillet!! No hot spots and the heat was evenly distributed. I don’t think I realized just how bad my well used cookware had become. I was honestly shocked. And I had purchased quality cookware back probably ten years ago. But because I cooked a lot they were all scratched up and the Teflon coating on 99% of them had begun chipping off. I had watched several videos of the health dangers of cooking with Teflon coated cookware. It made me decide to toss all of my Teflon cookware. I actually installed the pull out shelves that helps tremendously for people who are getting older so we don’t have to get down on the floor to dig out stuff from the back of the bottom cabinets. This skillet deserves 6 stars. Don’t hesitate to purchase this brand of cookware. I’m so glad I took the chance and ordered it in multiple sizes and the sauce pans, as well.

I bought this pan twice. The first time, everything stuck and I returned it. In future reviews, I reordered not realizing it was the same pan as I returned. But this one is perfect. Some food might stick but I think that’s because the heat is too high. If food does stick, soak it for a few minutes and it cleans right up. Great for searing meats too. Watch the heat!

This was a well constructed pan. Packaging was exceptional. All things considered...top notch all around. Great well fitting lid. Had the design of the pan met my needs I would have kept it. My problem with the pan was heat surface area was not wide enough. The top circumference of the pan was 12". However, the cooking surface (flat part of the pan) was only about 9". I needed a wider base.

I have had these pans for a few months and can give a review of how they have performed. I have had a chance to use all 3 pans, with and without lids for the 10in and 12in pans. I love these pans. I have made sticky and non sticky, flat breads to steak, fried potatoes. I've used them on the stove top and in the oven and a combo of both. I can't begin to express how easy these pans are to clean. Even stuff that does stick comes off very easily when washing. The lids are a good fit on the pans so you letting stuff simmer means any bubbling is fully contained. They are not heavy at all which is nice, especially if transferring a pan from stop top to oven with food in it. Oh, and you can use metal in these pans without damaging them. Super durable and an incredible value. I was going to go buy the big name brand of pans like these but it was going to come me more for one of those than I paid for this set of three. These perform better than the super expensive one. I've used both and far prefer this set.

The fact that these are advertised as non stick frying pans is quite deceptive. I bought a new set of T-Fal pots and pans about a year ago and they did not hold up. The frying pans probably got the most use, the interior was easily scratched and everything stuck to them especially eggs. I thought this set of frying pans would be a nice upgrade to my set. They are very impressive looking, heavy and well made, but when I cook eggs or brown meat it sticks regardless of what I use to prevent this from happening. Just got these for Christmas and my overall experience is very disappointing.
