After dealing with the last two hoses I had—both made of plastic or vinyl, and both splitting at the seams after just a year—I decided to give this lightweight hose a try. And so far, I’m glad I did. I’ve been using it for about two weeks now, and it seems like a pretty solid hose. The packaging mentions a high-density woven outer layer and a nano-composite inner tube, and I can definitely feel the difference. This hose is a LOT lighter than the others I’ve owned—no more dragging 50 feet of heavy hose around my yard. It makes watering my gardens and washing the car so much easier. The hose itself is a bit thinner than a typical garden hose, so the water pressure isn’t as strong as it would be with a wider hose, but it’s still plenty strong for what I need. I also love that it comes with a sprayer that has 10 different streams. Again, it’s not tons of pressure, but it’s enough to get the job done. I am also able to connect my extended sprayer to it which also works pretty well. In addition to the light weight, one of the best things about this hose is that it doesn’t kink up or get all twisted, which has been a problem with other hoses I’ve used. Plus, there’s a handy shut-off valve at the end where you attach the sprayer, which is a great feature. I like that it comes with a carrying strap, and rolling it up is a breeze. Right now I am keeping it on a garden hose roller since I use it almost every day, but I plan on putting it inside during the winter. Having that strap will make it a lot easier to store. This is the first hose of this type I’ve had, so it’ll be interesting to see how well it holds up over time. I have to admit that I am a bit skeptical, but I’ll come back in a few months to update you on how it’s doing. For now, I’m really happy with it!

It's very lightweight and easy to haul around. No kinking once it's unfurled. It has a decent flow rate for a skinny hose. Around 5.5 GPM at 60 PSI. I don't know if that's good enough to run a pressure washer but it's good for many other things. My use for hoses like this is running a long string out to my compost bins for occasional watering. Be very careful about pulling any other hoses with this hose or pulling it by any nozzle you may have attached. They can come apart at the connectors and if that happens, they're finished. Haha, how do I know this? Also not much strain relief with these hoses. The inline shutoff on this hose is a great feature and it's good the connectors are brass even if they are a little delicate. The included strap is also a nice feature. The nozzle looks like a good one although I have very little use for these and haven't tried this one yet.

I do like this hose—that it’s 50’ (awesome) and the hose itself has a fabric feel, not plastic. It is lightweight and the nozzle has several different spray speeds. So, the reason it doesn’t get 5 stars from me is that it does kink and restrict water flow. Good value for the cost though.

Great flexible hose that's well suited to use on a deck, patio, driveway, balcony and spa/hot tub with an attractive lightweight cover. The hose connectors are 3/4 inch but the hose is a 1/2 inch diameter. Flexible/smaller hose makes it easier to store. The storage strap has Velcro for easy attachment. All the parts worked as expected on setup with no leaks. The hose twists until straightened but doesn't kink. Pro: Complete kit (hose, sprayer, gaskets, plumb tape, storing strap) with literature. Nice that the vendor indicated that the hose is not suitable for drinking water. Easily stored Shutoff valve on the metal connector to the faucet Nozzle settings - twist to select a spray pattern, plus full pressure adjustment heavy to light for each setting with the thumb slider bar Con: not really a negative feature, but the hose isn't suitable for use on gravel/rough surface, as walking/driving on it in this setting could damage the cover.

I really like how I can turn the water off at the end to change out nozzles or whatever I need to do and not have to run back to the house to shut it off, then change the nozzle and then turn it back on so that’s a nice feature. It came with a nice carrying strap which will be great for when we take it camping. In my opinion, the included spray nozzle is very nice as well. While using the hose and dragging across the yard, it started to kink but as I kept pulling, the kink just pulled itself out so that was really good when compared to my rubber hoses that just continued to kink when I pulled more. All in all, no complaints at this time so I’m providing five stars.

I received the 50 foot Dokoccy nonexpanding flexible water hose in a compact box. Wondering if a 50 foot hose could fit? Unpacked the hose and verified there was 50 foot of hose. A soft feeling collapsable hose. Very nice. Uncoiled the fifty feet of hose (no expansion - 50 feet). Hook on the included spray nozzle, then hooked the new hose to the faucet and turned on the water. The hose filled to a sturdy feel. Water the backyard plants. Worked great right out of the box. Stores exceptionally easily due to the flexibility.

The DOKOCCY Non-Expanding Garden Hose (50 ft) is a small, lightweight hose. It cannot defy the laws of physics however. The reduced size does reduce the maximum flow that the hose can deliver. If you don't need a need the kind of flow rate that a conventional hose can deliver, then the DOKOCCY hose is easier to handle and store.
