Ok I’ve never had this before. I’m so amazed of the nasty of hair under my bed!! I couldn’t get with a broom. Ok 3 dogs. N I didn’t clean b4 I tried it. Ok I put it where it needed to get cleaned under the bed. If it’s bad u need to clean canister bc it clumped mine up in a blob n kept on that’s how I knew. 3 times under bed. It’s a dream come true. For me. My dogs. Well they aren’t sure. But it’s so quiet they aren’t even bothered. I must say for all the yuck from dogs dust amazing !! Especially for price. Oh the best no brush for hair u know long hair n u have to cut out. Nope. It’s dust. I had a bit one those things that spin not a big deal to clean so far. I love it!! Funny it tells u to charge on n over night lol I did n was so excited to Ty it. It was dead. 3 hours to recharge fyi. Not sure on washing tho. Maybe I’ll edit later I did try to attach a photo n or video CANT sorry Ok I’m washing floor lol I’m babysitting this puts out water. The pad was real wet I hear deep clean well if u babysit it u can make it do circles till that spot is clean as u want. But if u let it roam no I don’t think it will I did move a end so it wouldn’t have a issue in the area I’m wanting a better clean on for circles. I have something sticky from a dog or man. It’s kinda like a sticky from a bandage that it’s having a bit on so I keep going over it’s coming up. Actually we are all watching it work. My dogs are entertained better then the storm coming glad this isn’t WIFI. !!! It’s getting it up. But u have to tell it n watch it. It’s up. I’m amazed considering what I’ve heard about the wet mop n don’t forget to change pads !! Cleaner Update. Ok I found with 3 dogs must vacuum a few times a day. They don’t like the noise! N if their bowls are on floor that upsets them bc the vacuum will move them. I love this! Another good investment! I still can’t get it to go in a straight line. No biggie if u walk away n let it do it’s thing. But if there’s a certain spot u may want to babysit it. Just like the washing of floor. My floors are old but I can see a noticeable difference ... show more

Okay, first of all, try it for several days before you send it back. I am the king of sending back stuff...it's easy, just take it to kohl's. Fortunately, I gave it some time. I am now pleased that I've kept it. I have a cordless Dyson that picks up just about the same as far as suction is concerned. If you haven't used one of these before you have to adjust yourself. I only use it on the main floor and I close our main floor master bedroom, so it just covers the living room, hallways, and kitchen and it does very well. You HAVE to learn to put things up that will cause it problems...cords and drapes that hang down too far are my issues. After getting that solved it now gets held up seldom. Surprisingly the wet mop feature does a decent job. I've had 24 oz of coffee so deal with how I'm all over the place on this review. Anyway, we have a short haired boxer/beagle and so I definitely see less hair, and it's nice how this little guy goes under the chairs and couches. It doesn't get everywhere although it runs for a long time. It is a little hit or miss, but I will accept that. Also, the bedroom is carpet and I have just decided I'm going to continue to use the dyson on that room, although it does pick up hair in there too, but I don't want the hassle of another room to have to make sure everything is off the floor. It doesn't have a function to "learn" the floor plan, but oh well, it's cheaper than those models. The remote is just so, so. I have it programmed to run starting at 10pm and we are usually asleep before it starts. It's very quiet. We heard it last night because we were up watching tv in our bedroom, but it was not annoying in any way. Lastly, I almost sent this back, but using it for several days was the kicker. Let me start by saying that I bought this vacuum before I ended up upgrading to the “real” iRobot. I like this off-brand one much better! I’m having constant problems with the newer one. Anyway, the big drawback on this product is that it has a very small dirt container and constantly needs to be stopped and emptied. That is really the only negative here. I have two dogs and constant dirt and hair. This little guy does a great job and picks up stuff you “thought” you got with your broom. The media could not be loaded. This product worked for about a year. It looks great in a small room. It picks up Dog hair. The battery Life was impressive but unfortunately it has stopped working.

After ordering and returning a dismal series of robot mops, none of which performed half as well as my old Brava 240, this one is a winner. It does an incredible job of vacuuming and an adequate job of mopping (but I'm just getting used to it, so it may get better).
