The title says it all. It's pretty loose when you put it on top of the house, but I (and Hamchop) don't mind. If you have the extra cash, or wish to spoil your ( or your child's) pet, then look into this brand. And make a detailed plan for your space. I have extras simply because I ran out of room.

I have 4 hamsters all in separate enclosures of corse. I absolutely love these platforms and the quality but could only afford about 2 and only for one of my hams! I really love them just a little to rich for my blood for every enclosure . Would recommend though!

My hamster eats His food on this platform. No trouble using the fluff he lives in to get up on it. I like That he can go both on top and under to hide because of the height. It gives us a nice extra space in the habitat! Also cleans really nicely and will likely last a long time.

Firstly, half the pictures show one stand while other half show another. Then they expect you to put tape on pegs for the 4 legs in order to secure them so it isnt level (therefore sturdy) and i even had one leg split on one of the looser fittings (had purchased 2 stands and the first i struggled so did second loosely). Pegs should have had a cut similar to a screw for the legs. Also turned out to be smaller than expected since they measure full size of the product rather than the space inside the border (that surprisingly comes attached already). Had wanted it to securely hold a sand bath but will have to repurpose. ... show more

I'm pleased with the wooden platform. I originally bought it for my Syrian hamster, but it was way too big for him. Luckily, I have guinea pigs, so I use it for them to sleep and hide under. They love it so it's being put to good use.
