    • One of the best toys !
Niteangel NEVER seems to dissappoint. Their products are too of the line. Made very well and sturdy. EXACTLY like the pics. Got the elephant. My mice love climbing on it and digging tunnels under it and hiding under it. It's very cute and fun and adds alot of spunk to their habitat. I want more ! Don't let the higher price throw you off. It's well worth the money. It's made very well . Super sturdy. And the wood is smooth and of excellent quality ! You won't go wrong ! ... show more

After researching ways to help encourage our female Syrian to burrow, we decided to get this hamster ladder 'house' in conjunction with the Niteangel tunneling system. We used the elbow tunnel piece plus a long and short tunnel, and they all connect together perfectly! Our little girl took to her knew burrow system right away. She quickly took to sleeping in there right away and has designated one end to stash her food hoards. The ladder house and tunnels are roomy enough for her to turn around in, and she's pretty big. We're lucky that she'll sleep near the front of the burrow so that we can look at how cute she is. So far all the Niteangel products have worked great for us, and seem to be of really good quality. ... show more

    • Good burrow starter
Pattern Name: Secret Peep Tunnel Hamster Hut
My hamster wasn't burrowing much, so I decided to try this out. And guess what? Now, with the help of this amazing item, my hamster absolutely loves burrowing! It works best when you have a decent amount of bedding too. Highly recommend it!

The media could not be loaded. Currently trying to entice my boy to visit. He finally went into the tunnel last night. Hoping he becomes more comfortable and confident going down there so I can watch him.

Purchased alongside another niteangel house with a removable top. Wasn’t sure if he would use it for sleeping since it is a bit small inside, but my 7 month old syrian hamster loves it! He brings bigger treats in with him and still has plenty of space to curl up. He sometimes chooses to sleep elsewhere, but this seems to be the preferred spot. ... show more

    • UPDATE: Customer Service Fixed (old: Received a used and broken elephant)
NEW UPDATE: I had initially gone through Amazon to get this fixed. I ended up ordering another one with the return I received and it came to me in a hundred broken pieces. I returned that one and was resigned to just not get another replacement. Niteangel reached out after reading my previous review and offered to send a replacement free of charge! When it arrived it was carefully packaged, unlike the previous two times. My little hammy loves this bridge and I'm glad I received a replacement. Most of the items I buy for my hamster are by Niteangel just because I trust the brand and everything I've purchased thus far as been great quality. It seems my previous issue was solely on Amazon for trying to pass off a well used product and not packaging the items with any protection. If you're faced with a similar issue reach out to the seller instead of Amazon's customer care. It'll save you the headache. (old: Really frustrated with the product I received. This has obviously been used by another hamster before I received it. It's got chew marks on one side, there's the remains of a herb spray stuck to it and there's paper bedding fluff stuffed in-between the stair dowels. Plus one of the elephant's ears is broken off.) ... show more
