The media could not be loaded. If you are unlike other people who dont clean and dont leave the door open when its hot, you could run into some issues like any electronic. I never had any but its still good to let the thing cool down. Its been the most amazing airfryer and cooker I've come to see. The fan up top doesnt get too dirty which is nice but you just need some good stainless steel cleaner for the hull and its good as new. Just make sure the stainless steel cleaner is food safe or just use water to clean any potential residue Anyway I've had it for a year so far and its been just incredible. I take care of it and unplug it when its done and let the door open just a tad so it can cool down nicely. Other than that im not cooking brisket and steak and crazy things in it. I used the rice option once it was cool but it stays pretty soaked so you gotta kinda get used to that until it dries. The only thing I feel annoying is the safety button on the bottom. Its a little cumbersome sliding the pan in and out but its not bothersome or hard at all you just feel it going in and out with the pan. Other than that. The safety button is there so you can't activate rice mode when the pan isnt on the bottom thats all it is. I feel thats kinda silly to even have that because you gotta switch it over to rice mode anyway? In any case thats pretty much the cons. Oh and I wish bake mode wasnt only pre heat setting type because sometimes I have food that is a little greasy and I dont want the fan to blow at 400mph(cfm lol) and want a lower fan setting but air fry mode the fan goes so fast it can basically fly lol 😆 jk. I love the fan going fast because that is a real air fryer not a convection. ... show more

This thing is incredible. I have a gas stove and a microwave in my apartment but often in the summer it’s too hot to use them (my apartment was build in the 20s so no central air) the combi meets all my cooking needs in one compact machine without making my entire home a sauna. I was gonna opt to buy the cuisine art products. I wanted a rice cooker in air fryer in a toaster but when I bought this combo didn’t need multiple items because it’s all in one. My 1st test wasn’t to steam rice….its cooks rice perfectly fluffy….it comes with a guide with helpful tips and recipes included. Skip buying multiple appliances that take up space and but this all in one combi. ... show more

I have a very small kitchen that does not have a conventional oven. I bought this one because of its combi- features but I find I don’t use those very often. What would make a lot of sense would be to have manual control over fan speed (from the airfry level) and allow me to set temperatures down to about 120F. Even if I could not dehydrate a lot of food there are items I make in small batches where I risk burning using the air fry setting. ... show more

So far, this thing is GREAT! Used the air fry option for the first time to make egg roll wrapped pickle spears. Air fried for about 7 minutes at 400 (flipping halfway), they crisped up nicely but the ends burnt just barely so next time I will lower temp and cook a bit longer. This was a recipe fault, though, not the machine. The machine itself smelled a little of burned plastic on the first use but it went away within ten minutes. I love that it lights up when there is one minute left to your cook or preheating time! It helps grab your attention. The light and see through window is not only exciting (so you can watch your food cook in real time) but also very useful to gage if something needs to be flipped or removed sooner than recipe calls for. The unit itself vents heat very efficiently and my counter top did not get warm. Unfortunately I have to use it underneath a hanging cabinet, but I pulled it forward enough that there were no issues with overheating. I did not touch the machine to check if it gets hot anywhere on the surface, but I did stick my fingers along the bottom to ensure whatever is beneath it didn't get hot. It doesn't, so no risk to surfaces with a properly vented and situated machine. This machine heats up a lot faster than a conventional oven and does not give off nearly as much ambient heat, which will no doubt make it incredibly useful during the summer months when I want to bake without heating up my entire kitchen. I will be using the other features on this machine as time goes on and I will try to update as I do.
