I have used many of the pans in cooking and never been totally happy till I used these, handles stay cool while cooking nothing sticks to this pan, browns real nice when browning meats. I bought this 6.5 quart stock pot as well as the 8-quart, 2 each of the fry pans, the sauté pans, and the everyday pan, and have had most of them for over 2 years with no problems. In my experience, the Ninja Foodi Premium NeverStick pans last, are easy to clean, are nonstick, and have been free of defects or chipping, except for one pan. I did consider getting products from the Vivid line since they are prettier and less expensive, but my concern was the exterior getting scratched and therefore not lasting as long. Although I have been very happy with the Ninja Foodi Premium NeverStick pots and pans to-date, the reason for the 4-star review is that I question the validity of the warranty. I did get a chip on one of my pans, and called Ninja customer service. I was told it not covered under the warranty even though chipping is supposed to be covered. On the box, the lifetime warranty is stated as the lifetime of your cookware which, in small print, is stated to be assumed 5 years. If you register the product on the Ninja website, the warranty is 10 years. Even so, the warranty is only as good as what is covered and the representative you happen to contact. At this point, I am totally happy with this cookware and have had absolutely no problems with it other than a small chip at the top of one pan. Still I question the validity and effectiveness of the warranty should I have problems in the future. Usually Ninja is pretty good about replacing defective items, but it depends a lot on the representative you get. In conclusion, I am very happy with this stock pot and would recommend it. Absolutely nothing sticks to it and it is so very easy to clean. It is dishwasher safe, but I hand wash all of my Ninja cookware since all it takes is warm soapy water. Since this cookware is guaranteed not to scratch, you can use metal utensils if you like. It is also oven safe up to 500 degrees F. It has a tempered glass lid that is easy to clean and also oven safe to 500 degrees F. I hope this review was helpful for you.

I was in the market for new pans. I saw one of these and decided to give it a try. Glad I did. It is heavy, very sturdy and nothing sticks! I have had some really pricey cookwear over the years and I will happily put this up against any of it. Just heat it to around medium before you put things in to cook. Works great. I have a Tupperwear cookwear set that I've had for years and the lid of the 10.75 pan fits to a T! Oh, and the foodie has a great warranty, check it out. I hope you like it as well as I do.

I have one of the Ninja 11" skillets and have been quite happy with that. Needed an 8" pan and this works just as well as the larger pan. Non-stick coating has performed quite well. It has the 'right' heft for it's size without being ungainly; washes up easily.

I have been using cheap $20 square griddle pans from the grocery store and having to replace them every couple years. The Ninja Premium Square Griddle Pan is night and day better - at everything. First of all, it comes in some smart packaging that protects it during transit. Out of the package you immediately notice the weight difference vs the cheaper pans. It has a much thicker base suited for stovetop to oven. Plus they designed it to work with induction cooktops, making it super-versatile. The smooth ergonomic handle is designed to stay cool during cook time, and has a convenient hole in the end for hanging. After the initial recommended cleaning with soap and water, the first item cooked was of course a grilled cheese! I followed the directions letting the pan heat up before adding any food. I was amazed at how evenly it cooks. The cheapie pans got really hot and would burn the food if you didn't pay attention. I used the same exact temperature setting (I have a gas stove) and the cook was consistent with no hot spots. After the pan cooled, cleanup was as simple as wiping it clean. For as much as we use this type of pan, the upgrade was completely worth it.

So far its effortless to clean, does a great job of melting and evenly distributes heat (excellent omelets). I haven't dared use anything metal on it (as I really do want it to last), but I do want to stop using plastic or silicone.

The 12” has spacious room for quick grilling, and it cleans up easily. It does take a bit of time to heat up, but that seems to increase the cooking efficacy of the pan. Despite the fact it’s supposed metal utensils safe, I only use plastic or silicone or wood. I’ve only used it a few times, but I’m hoping it keeps its newness.

Don't be fooled by my photos. These pictures are of my ninja pan that we purchased over 3 years ago. It has gone through almost daily use for those 3 plus years! While it looks pretty beat up, it still works great and food doesn't stick to it. I just purchased a brand new one to replace this guy, but it still works so great that I'm hesitant to throw it out. I have teied Calphalon and Caraway, but in my opinion, they don't compare to the ninja! This thing takes a beating and still performs.
