I switched to buying Ninja brand anodized pans after my more expensive All-Clad pans' inside linings started to wear out after just 2 years of use. Cheaper pans do not seem to hold the heat enough to use on my gas burners, but Ninja brand works well. This Ninja brand sauce pan also feels lighter in my hand than the All clad. With Ninja anodized pans clean up is a breeze. Only time will tell if the lining will hold up on this 2 .5 quart pan, but my large Ninja soup pot that I bought over a year ago still looks pristine inside.

I just gave my 8”Ninja pan to my son as he sets up his own home. He loves it and learned to cook with it. I’ve tried many non stick pans, and stainless pans over the years. I’m convinced Ninja is the best. It’s easy to clean with dishsoap and a nylon scrub is. No stained colorful exterior. No elbow grease and chemicals needed to clean it. I love the crispy sear I get on meats with it, and even heat distribution. What I love most is it’s safety- I don’t have to worry about hot chemicals leaching into our food. I find that the 10.5 in and 8in are all we need for pans.

Food seems to cook well on this overall. Good non stick coating and durable. It does take a little bit longer for the pan to get up to temp. So far the coating hasn't degraded which is much better than other brands I've tried in the past. I wouldn't hesitate to buy more pans from Ninja in the future. Just make sure you keep good care of the pan and it should last.

I have had quite a few " Non Stick " skillets over the years and this one is by far the best. It is made of high quality materials and performed well when cooking eggs, stir fry and meats. You really don't need to add oil when cooking, we love it.

Having used these pans for about 9 months now, I can really say it still holds up to what it says as nonstick. It does need for you to heat it up first for about few mins (3-4) as per instructions in order for it to be truly nonstick. Though I still coat/brush lightly with butter or oil specially when making pancakes because it brings out the golden color and it makes it tastier. So the butter/oil for me is basically for taste and presentation.

First off, I cook in stainless steel pans. However, I also love me some eggs, all styles, and stainless steel can be a major pain for cooking eggs without using a bunch of oils or sprays. I purchased this just for that reason. Side note: These are not the lesser quality ones you buy at Wal-Mart or Target. Don't be fooled by their lower prices. YES YOU CAN FRY AND EGG WITHOUT BUTTER/OIL! I see a lot of reviews saying it stuck to the pan. You MUST get the pan hot. If you crack an egg and it isn't hot enough, it will stick, but if it is hot enough it will not. With that out of the way, I always add a tiny bit of butter or oil (I like a chili infused for my eggs). Do not use cooking spray. This will ruin the pan overtime. The reason I do is for 2 reasons, to introduce a little extra flavor and because there is no way things will ever stick even if you mess up the temp a little. Clean up is also super easy. I let the pan cool, rinse it with some hot soapy water, and dry. I went on to buy a much larger version and a large sauté pan because of how easy cleanup is. Some of my meals I cook can get messy/burnt on when using stainless steel, so I now have a set of pans to breakout for certain recipes. If I hadn't invested a bunch into my cookware I currently have, I very well might get a complete set of NeverStick.

Now that I have had this pot for about a year, I must say it is the best pot I've ever potted. I use it mostly to make popcorn, which thrashes most pots. This pot, however, is a perfect pot to pop popcorn. It's not sticky inside like my other popcorn pots, the coating is in perfect condition, and I do use it for other things besides popcorn. I would buy a whole set of these pots, but they ain't cheap. However, if you want a pot that holds up, this pot is your pot.
