A few pieces came scratched and separate the metal sticks before assembling but other than that my kids LOVE this bed!!!!! Buy this bed NOW!!! The item itself is of good quality. I had no issues with screws being threaded incorrectly or holes not lining up. The video itself could use some more explanations to make installation easier. I can't believe this is even on market. Amazon needs to be ashamed of themselves. Putting a bed like this out here. Don't waste your time on buying this bed. The way how to assemble it is impossible. We had to use our own tools out of our toolbox to screw in the pieces. The worst part about it is connecting the bars to each railing. How come only two bars are only screwed in but the rest of them are not screwed in. They just fall out. Now because we're totally screwed thinking that we would get a nice bed. Now we're trying to come up with ways of still putting this stupid bed together. So we're thinking about getting a glue gun so the poles can just stay in place so we can screw in just the other two poles. We are not happy with this bad. Very disappointed and basically we got gypped for the actual price. The value of this bag does not match of what it's worth for. We want our money back and we're not sending the bed back. That's not fair to us. This is less than a one-star rating bed because you can't put it together without using your own ways to figure it out. ... show more

This bed had no instructions. Luckily I could look at the picture and figure it out. There weren’t the correct amount of bolts and washers. I have it two stars because it was the perfect size for my small boys’ room. And it seems sturdy for the most part(at the moment)

The materials of this bedframe is not very sturdy. there are only four bolts holding the top bed frame and also very hard to align the cross section since they are all dependent on these four bolts.
