The remote could of been easier to work with but the machine itself is GOLD. I lost 7lbs so far in 2 weeks. Not much but for someone who only did 5 to 10 minutes a day, 4 times a week, no diet change, and as a person that was at a plateau for weight loss, this was excellent. My scale is moving again. Now add exercise and a good diet and I can lose some good weight on this. Also leaves the body feeling energized and brings your stress levels down a lot. Very refreshing for my mental health. Also if your overweight, the 400lb capacity is good. You can do squats and all and it is very sturdy. If it is your first time, talk to your doctor and only do 5 minutes a day until your body adjust. I did get light headed the first time using it but afterwards it got easier. You can blast some music through it too but it is loud so make sure you use the remote to adjust volume.

Very nice. It takes a little getting used to and there were no instructions. But this vibration plate works. My legs feel great after a long day, the machine appears solid and well made, and I can watch tv while on it.

I have two!! One in my office and one at home!! I discovered this exercise in Korea in 2014 in Osan and let me tell you baby! It’s a workout. I ordered me my first one in California in 2017 and just got two more in the last two months due to I sold the other when I moved from that military base assignment. I love this for so many reasons bone density, lymphatic drainage, calorie burn 100-300 in 20 minutes more if you are heavier, and a non shock to your joints work out. Your booty will thank me for it and your thighs when you can hold a squat for for as long as you can for inner and back of your thigh strengthening and toning!! You are welcome!! Run don’t walk!! Don’t get the cheap ones this is the kid price point and it’s a lot of bang for your buck!

I CANNOT say enough good things about this vibration plate! When I purchased this product I did not expect to have so many great benefits come along with it so soon. Before purchasing I read through the reviews and seen a few comments about this helping with cellulite. In my head I was thinking ‘yeah right!’. I’ve tried numerous products to get rid of my dimpled thighs and bottom only to be let down by the lack of results; HOWEVER! After only having this machine for 1 week, at least 60% of my cellulite is GONE!!! I use this for 10 min twice a day, THATS IT! Not only that, but I can really feel the difference this thing has had on circulation of my legs and feet. 4 years ago I had to have open heart surgery at the young age of 35, and ever since that surgery I always have swelling in my lower legs, ankles, and feet. Half the time the circulation issues were so bad that I felt like my feet were DEAD, no feeling whatsoever. After using this product my feet feel alive again, and my swelling has subsided quite a bit. I’ve only had this vibration plate for a couple weeks, so it’s still too soon to tell about any weight loss, but even if I don’t lose any weight I DONT CARE! The other benefits alone make it a great and worthwhile purchase. Instructions are easy to follow, even though you can tell it was transcribed from another language. The remote control is easy to use, and the workout bands come in handy for keeping me balanced. There’s only 1 issue that I had a problem with. In the Item description it says this holds up to 440lbs(I think that’s what it was), however, In the users manual it says the max weight is 120kg, which correlates to 264lbs if my math’s right..This does not affect me, as I’m well within those parameters, but it may affect someone else who is thinking about buying this, so just thought I’d mention it..One last thing-I was offered a 10$ gift card for a 5 star review but this has no bearing on everything that I have written about my experience with this product. This is my honest review, regardless if there’s any reward for it or not:)

Had this product exactly 1 week. Used it 5 times. I use it on the highest vibration setting. However, last night when I was on it, all of a sudden the vibration doubled, at least, the highest setting and would not turn off without switching off the emergency switch. You could also smell a slight burning smell. I believe it was a fluke, as the majority of the reviews are great. So, I contacted Amazon about returning it and told them I did not have a box. They said it was fine and take it to ups. I get to UPS and they end up charging me for the box (although once I complained they gave me a discount) but to avoid anymore hassle I just paid the fee. Then, I get home and make sure they are showing it returned and processing my refund and see that is is going to be 30 days before they issue the refund. All the other times I have returned something to Amazon, they issue it once it is turned in to the return shipper. Overall, this whole experience has been bad. Even though the product itself may be OK, the one I got was not and the return was not a good experience either.
