The remote could of been easier to work with but the machine itself is GOLD. I lost 7lbs so far in 2 weeks. Not much but for someone who only did 5 to 10 minutes a day, 4 times a week, no diet change, and as a person that was at a plateau for weight loss, this was excellent. My scale is moving again. Now add exercise and a good diet and I can lose some good weight on this. Also leaves the body feeling energized and brings your stress levels down a lot. Very refreshing for my mental health. Also if your overweight, the 400lb capacity is good. You can do squats and all and it is very sturdy. If it is your first time, talk to your doctor and only do 5 minutes a day until your body adjust. I did get light headed the first time using it but afterwards it got easier. You can blast some music through it too but it is loud so make sure you use the remote to adjust volume.

I had watched this reel in fb about a vibrating plate for kids with autism. It’s supposed to help regulate them when over stimulated, so I bought this as a Xmas gift for our son. However, it’s not just a vibration, more of a wobble side to side which creates a pretty intense vibration. Scared him, so it didn’t work for what I bought it for. It does work though! Very intense, remote worked just fine. Pretty heavy. Suctions to the floor and plays blue tooth music.

I have two!! One in my office and one at home!! I discovered this exercise in Korea in 2014 in Osan and let me tell you baby! It’s a workout. I ordered me my first one in California in 2017 and just got two more in the last two months due to I sold the other when I moved from that military base assignment. I love this for so many reasons bone density, lymphatic drainage, calorie burn 100-300 in 20 minutes more if you are heavier, and a non shock to your joints work out. Your booty will thank me for it and your thighs when you can hold a squat for for as long as you can for inner and back of your thigh strengthening and toning!! You are welcome!! Run don’t walk!! Don’t get the cheap ones this is the kid price point and it’s a lot of bang for your buck!

I was really happy and thrilled to receive this item, very disappointed with how the settings are, company focused way to much on music and Bluetooth, instead of adding correct features to the remote and the machine. I noticed cheaper machines have the correct features to operate better. This machine was returned, remote and machine will not last long, plus it was comfortable I wouldn't put my body on this without being bruised or injured. Pictures are false representation on this machine. Buyer Beware it's just not what it seems.
