Looking for blackout curtains on Amazon is so frustrating because people leave ridiculous reviews. These are 100% blackout! NO light comes THROUGH the curtain. at all. Yes, light may come AROUND the curtains, because, duh. It's on you to hang it in a way that blocks the most possible light. But these curtains are great for value. The are made of pretty knit fabric that looks passably like linen with a blackout liner. They don't look like a lot of plastic-y or shiny black-out curtains. I would recommend these. However, I did return because of the color. The off-white is almost stark white. The Taupe color was really pretty, but a bit too dark for my room. I find blackout curtains tend to look darker when hung in a room since they don't let any light through. ... show more
