The remote doesn't come with a CR2032 battery, so ensure you have one for the remote. With the battery it worked immediately. All buttons did what they are labeled to do. Ordered this since I misplaced the remote for my A09 fan and Dyson seems to be sold out of the OEM part in perpituity. Would order again if I lose this one. ... show more
