I have had this Retro game system for about 4 months now as of 4.20.26 so far I'm very impressed with it and the tech support That they have provided thru-out the entire time I've had system! First of all the system was very straight forward as far as installation goes The instructions where super easy to follow and they even included a easy to follow Video guide ! That made it easy for me because I'm a visual learner. I had a couple issues here and there and every time I reach out to there tech support team they had back up and running in no time thanks to there great communication skills and knowledge of there product. Anyone one on the fence about buying this ? Let me tell you you won't regret it. Just the amount of games is mind blowing Plus the tech support its a choice. In the the past I tried installing a similar gaming system to a PC and I spent countless hrs trying to get every up and running smoothly only fail over and over. Complete was of time.     • Trash effort for a garbage product
Why does kinhank and similar retro game console/drive creators out of Asia continue to make such garbage product. First you have to install all kinds of distributors, after you do you launch into a deceptively pleasing interface. Select your front end only to find games that don't work, crash, full of errors. Duplicates galore, 6 front ends some with the same games. Why? Then to top it off the controls are pre configured to Asian mapping. So you have to correct that for various consoles. Only to find out not all controllers work with this device. Luckily the Xbox controller works best. You know your in trouble when metroid fusion on the Gameboy runs at under fps chock full of lag and broken sound. Do yourself the favor and save your money. Trust me you will hate yourself for buying this. ... show more

These guys are amazing. They worked with me during the times I was having shipping issues through the christmas traffic. Not gonna lie there were shipping issues but not their fault nor did they ignore my communications.. matter of fact they were right on top of things getting what I paid. They also made it right for me in another way by me. I really appreciate their time they spent talking me through it and as far as the product goes its top notch. My only gripe is the pinball games don't work but honestly not a big problem. The hard drive is super easy to set up. It comes with a video tutorial on the hard drive itself and really easy to follow step by step. Tons of hours of fun to play and share nostalgic moments with family and friends of the many eras of gaming. ... show more

Lot of fun games offered on the drive. Some need a little tweaking to run but they are willing to help. The selection of games brings back nostalgia and offers intro into some modern games too. Company was very responsive, friendly, and helpful when I had questions on set up. Great customer service.

Every time I've loaded it there's problems. The spintendo Schmich games don't work or they just won't connect to a controller. Now after reinstalling on a new system the core application exe says load library failed with error 87 the parameter is incorrect. So I can't open it anymore The only emulator that will open is big box and Play night ... show more
