Honestly, the Milk Frother doesn’t work that well. It does create foam, but it’s not as smooth as latte foam—it’s more rough, and the foam separates from the milk. I heard the Nespresso Milk Frother is good, so I had high expectations, but it didn’t quite live up to them. However, I’m very satisfied with the Vertuo Pop+ machine itself. I’ve been using it almost every day for a little over a year since I bought it, and it works perfectly without any issues. The quality is excellent. The usage is also very easy and intuitive. Press the button once, and coffee comes out; press it three times, and it does an automatic cleaning. I use the automatic cleaning mode about once a week, and small coffee grounds come out sometimes. Visually, I’m very satisfied. The pressure from the machine is stronger than I expected, so there’s a bit of vibration and noise. I placed two small ketchup condiment packets under the platform where the cup sits, and that stopped the cup from vibrating. Okay, I'm trying really hard to ascertain why nearly two dozen "most recent" reviews are blasting this machine. Frankly, for the price, I'm honestly impressed and to impress me is no easy feat. First of all, I ordered this for our second home as I already own and love the Breville Creatista Plus....I have had that one since 2019 and it's still going strong (knock on wood). AMAZING machine. But I also needed a really solid machine for our vacation place that would be able to replace our lame Keurig for my iced salted honey lattes and this machine along with the Scuro pods took my freaking morning coffee to the NEXT LEVEL. This is our second Nespresso Vertuo machine and we love it ! We had our last one for a long time and it was time to replace it we went with the Vertuo Pop+ and it works great! It heats up really fast and brews faster than our older one an the coffee comes out perfect!
