I've been using my new Slim Keurig K-Iced for about a month. I have had a larger Keurig 2.0 for years (it still worked just fine), but I wanted an updated look for my coffee station and I had used this model while on vacation and really liked it. It is so fast compared to the older model. It has 3 regular sizes 8,10,12 oz - then there are the Iced button options that allow for ice in your mug but you select the same 8,10, or 12 oz after first pushing the ICED button. There is a "strong" button for those that want an extra rich flavor. I like the slim water reservoir; it's easy to pop out and fill. The cover tends to fall in on me when I'm messing with it, but that's probably a me thing. One thing that I think is odd is the inside of the drip tray has ridges, which just makes for a few extra wipes when cleaning it. It's a really nice looking product on my counter and takes up half the space my old 2.0 took up. I'm glad I upgraded to this model. ... show more

This thing is cool, it is compact and doesn't take up alot of space. The water tank is good sized but it does just sit on the back, so it removes very easily, keep that in mind when moving it. The coffee it makes is really good, as expected. The iced function works well, I would suggest using cubed ice, the bigger the cubes the better you'll be. Crushed ice will melt too quickly. It's fast and the coffee comes out at the perfect temperature every time. Haven't had a single issue so far! ... show more

Cons: The tank sensor is a diva! If there isn't enough water in the tank to select from *every* size, it won't make *any* size. I had 9oz left in there, and it refused. It would be a nice improvement if it allowed you to still make the smallest drink size if you wanted. Tank design is a little awkward to put back on the machine. Pros: Brews really fast. I like having both the "strong" and "iced" settings to chose from. Still compatible with older refillable pods, if you've invested in those, like I have. I got this as a “like new” deal . Only thing not new was the box had a dent in it . The Kuerig itself was new . Super simple to use and very fast at having your coffee ready . Can make iced tea also . Just having a hard time finding the pods for that . This is easy to fill , easy to wipe clean , and overall easy to use . Select a size Hit the button and theee ya go ! A little misleading but I don’t know who makes these adds so it may be Amazon but the little mug in the picture does NOT come with this coffee maker. I was a little disappointed when I opened the package and there was no mug in it but hey, this Kurig is amazing and very compact. The water reservoir is surprisingly large for how small the whole machine is. Perfect for our glamping lifestyle. Hope this helps. Wake up and smell the k-cup. ... show more

Coffee maker gets clogged a lot. Starts perking half of what it should. Frustrating because it waste k-cups and takes longer to get your first cup to start your day.
