Color: Grey Set name: New Cat Step
Love love love this and so does my tabby! This product traps all litter and also gives her little legs and extra step to get into her litter box saves so much litter from getting everywhere contains it and makes cleaning so much easier. It is strong and does not move from where you places it. It was easy to set up and easy to empty when it fills. This does not leak it gives you extra holes on the side for easy dumping. It is the perfect size for my adult cat ... show more

    • Worth every penny!
Color: Grey Set name: New
What a game changer! I am so glad I sprung for this. My cats are freaks. When I tried to scoop the previous box, they would climb right in (separately or together) and sometimes they would even use it mid clean. Yes, they are freaks. I decided not to get a covered box since they were kittens and I didn’t know how large they would be. Good call on my part. One is 9 pounds and the other is 11, and they aren’t even a year old yet! This is so easy to maintain, but I did find out to pull out the waste bin, I have to move the litter trap floor coverings because the waste bin sits so low in the machine. The sensors work very well to stop the rotation when someone sticks their paw on it. I love that you can check stats on an app. Litter level, waste bin contents, cats’ weights, just to name a few. Highly recommend! ... show more

    • THE PERFECT LITTER BOX
Color: Grey Set name: Good Refurbished
I received this "renewed" litter box about 3 weeks ago and it appeared to be in perfect condition with no scratches or scrapes. It was easy to setup and worked perfectly. Compared to cleaning out a traditional litter box the difference has been night and day. No scooping every night AND every time the cat goes back to this litter box, he's digging in clean litter. IT HAS BEGUN TO HAVE ISSUES WITH REPORTING THE WEIGHT OF MY CAT. My cat is 11 lbs and it will often report his weight as being 3 pounds, or maybe 2 pounds. When it's off, it's not even close, it's WAY OFF. That means if I had another cat and I received a notification on my phone, it would be unable to report which cat used it along with the corresponding name and picture. I purchased this because my son bought one several months ago and he has 2 cats, his always correctly reports which cat used the litter box. I'm still in my 30 day window to return it for a refund, so I suppose that is my only option at this point is to return it so that I can and purchase different brand. I'm glad I hung onto the shipping box. That's too bad because except for the weight issue, I really like how this thing looks and works. UPDATE: I went online to the Necasa website and described the weight problem. I believe I was interacting with AI. Nevertheless it gave me some tips regarding distance from the wall and resetting the settings. I also removed the drum and cleaned up the spindles which had a coating of what appeared to be old clay litter from the previous sure. When I put it back together, it worked perfectly. Also, my son had seen the cat had put just his front paws on the litter which (curiosity killed the cat) obviously would have caused the unit to report only about 1/3 of his actual weight. Follow-up by Necasa on my problem was prompt and much appreciated. As such I have updated my rating to 5 STARS. ... show more

    • Beats competition paws down
Color: Grey Set name: Excellent Refurbished
This is our 5th style of automated liter box and is by far the favorite. Both cats use because of the open top design. That alone puts it above the LiterRobot 3 we have. One cat WILL not use and will use floor instead if that is her only option There is no smell....it is even minimal when changing out the bag. Which is quick and easy. Especially since it sends a notice through the app AND has a signal on the front. It is not the cheapest option but worth the price. Would buy again in a heartbeat ... show more

    • So far not impressed
Color: Grey Set name: New
Our friends down the road said they loved theirs, which is why we bit the bullet and bought this electric cat litter box in the first place. But so far? Not happy with it at all. It’s a lot of money for how dang complex it is. I was expecting a quick plug and play setup, but setting up the apps, sensors, and continuous self cleaning cycles has been nothing but a massive headache. As I get used to it and learn how to operate it, I'm hoping it'll be easier and run more smoothly, but right now it's just frustrating. If in a week my wife and I are still confused or not happy with how it's working, we will have no choice but to return it. I'll change my review in the coming days as needed, but for now, it's definitely not worth the price tag. ... show more

    • Drawer and bags
Color: Grey Set name: New
I bought this to replace a Litter Robot (LR) because the laundry room in my new house is very compact, and the dome of the LR was interfering with fully opening the dryer door. It is very quiet, and working well so far. My cats easily transitioned to the new box. The reasons why I am giving it only 4 stars has to do with the litter drawer and the bags. The dimensions of the bags are not ideal for the drawer. And, the drawer is flexible. So, between the two, positioning the bag properly so sensor isn't blocked is a bit annoying. ... show more

    • Love this thing
Color: Grey Set name: New
I've only had this for almost a month but i absolutely love it. I have 2 cats and HAD 2 litter boxes. 1 was automatic but had a rake style catcher that scraped solid waste only into a semi-closed bin. It stunk and had to be completely changed out after a week. The other one had to be manually shopped every day, 2 at the most. This machine could probably go 6 days but i empty it every 5. You could change the bag without even washing your hands! Although i still do. I have it in my gym and the only time I've ever noticed a smell is right after they go #2, but it cleans itself on a time that you set and all is well again. I can now go on vacation and not worry as long as it's less than 6 days. If i ever need to go for longer than that, i will but another one. I hope it will last a year or 2, if i had to replace it once a year, i would. I love it that much ... show more

    • A Game Changer for Cat Owners!
Color: Grey Set name: New
I purchased a Neakasa multi-cat robotic litter box. It is much smaller and more efficient than expected and both cats used it on the very first day! No more scooping clumping litter—we simply change the waste bag once a week for our two cats. There’s no mess inside or outside the box, and no odor at all. The cats have fresh litter after every use, and we have happier backs and more time to rest them. A true game changer! ... show more
