I have cold feet and neuropathy in my toe area. I wanted something that I could put by my feet when going to bed. I had purchased a different product that was okay not great. I bought one of these and it is exactly what I wanted. I’m going to order another one to have one for each foot. I microwave it for 45 seconds, flip it over and do another 45 seconds. I have two of these packs and keep them in the freezer so they are ready for use as a cold pack. They are much more comfortable than a bag of ice. If I need a heat pack I just warm it up in the microwave. I have bought several of these as gifts for family and friends who tried mine and fell in love with its soothing qualities.
