i ABSOLUTELY Love this cutting/drawing machine. I had another brand and was very dissatisfied with it, this one however meets and exceeds my expectations. It is very quiet, very quick, and very accurate. I did not like the simple software it shipped with but I had purchased a decent software package to work with and the cutter interface seamlessly with the software I had purchased. Again, better than my previous cutter which used proprietary software and hardware connection and was just a pain to even try to use. The cutter also supports offline work and this is very handy as well. I was fairly priced, even economically priced I would say considering the quality that I got. I would recommend this cutter to anyone who wants a good quality home or hobby suited cutting machine

I purchased this cutter because of the option to use WiFi. When I got it I found the manual to be totally useless, it only shows how to connect USB which I have no available ports, no instructions how to connect Bluetooth or WiFi which they say are options. When I contacted them they said WiFi is not an option. That manual does not explain what software to get for Bluetooth to get. Total bummer, I do not know if the cutter works well since I can not use it. Avoid this at all cost.
