Narwal S10 pro review I’ve been using Narwal products for quite a while now (at least for the last 3 years). They have been known for their robovacs, and this is their very attempt at handheld vacuum. I visited Narwal booth at CES 2024 just to check out their launch of new robovac Freo X Ultra but the S10 pro also caught me eyes. Narwal staff demonstrated how quickly S10 sucked up puddle of cereal, peanut butter, flour etc on the floor. Months later, i decided to try out S10 Plus since we had a coupon code from Amazon and another coupon code from Narwal facebook group. We received the s10 pro 2 days after launch day, quickly unboxed it, and let it charged over night before 1st use. We have a shiba in the house. Plus it’s shedding season, so we constantly have to run our robot to keep the house clean. We ran our robot in our room in the morning already, but by afternoon our room was full of fur bunnies again. I used S10 pro and was impressed w just its auto mode. Turbo and suction were even more powerful. When i was cleaning under the bed, s10 auto detected “low area” and adjusted its cleaning mode. S10 also has a little silicon piece on the handle to protect itself from scratches once handle is laying flat while cleaning. Nice touch! After cleaning, i took off the front cover and wiped off excess wet dust/hair. Then i brought the s10 to its charging station. Pressing the water droplet button twice, its self cleaning mode was activated. It started cleaning its roller brush and pushed all dirty water to dirty water tank while pushing solids to the upper chamber. Once the 2-min cleaning cycle was done, we were advised to take dirty water tank out for cleaning. We rinsed filter, solid chamber and dirty water tank then re-attached to its body to complete drying cycle. We initially thought s10 would replace our primary vacuum Dyson, but we were wrong. S10 still sucks up dust very well. It just doesnt hv the small head to clean all cranks and nooks. Anyway, still happy with the purchase. My kids also spilled milk on the floor the other day, so s10 was a big help. Just hope narwal would bring its cleaning detergent for s10 soon. P/S: this wet/dry vacuum is not light, but its wheels make it easy to glide. My 4-yr-old was able to maneuver it effortlessly around the house. She is now excited to help us clean our house 😉

In one word: innovation. The interface mode has screens and tells you there is dirt detected. It doesn’t need harsh detergents on my LVP floors or any expensive solution. It uses electrons in clean water to oxidize bacteria. My cross wave doesn’t dry after clean mode and overall it’s a solid stand and self cleaning unit that actually looks good. The roller brush is thick and it comes with a replacement. And. I felt like I was opening a new Apple product because the packaging reminded me of that. And can I say I was so happy to see an actual owners manual as soon as I open the box? It’s much lighter than I expected. It’s pool season and the messes at the door get muddy. I have a Freo but this product is just what I was looking for the heavier and more frequent wet messes. I rarely give 5 stars without some critical feedback. Well done and done well. I’ll post some videos soon to support my opinion.

The media could not be loaded. I am absolutely thrilled with the NARWAL S10 Pro Lightweight Cordless Vacuum Mop. The combination of vacuuming and mopping is a game-changer for my home. The self-cleaning and drying feature is incredibly convenient, and the 180° flexibility makes it easy to reach every corner, as well as, makes it a breeze to navigate around furniture. Plus, the 50-minute runtime is more than enough to cover my entire house. This is hands down the best floor cleaner I've ever used. The NARWAL S10 Pro is lightweight, making it easy to carry around, and the cordless design offers such freedom of movement. I love how it can handle both wet and dry cleaning effortlessly. The self-cleaning and drying feature saves me so much time, and the long battery life means I never have to rush through my cleaning. This vacuum mop is a must-have for anyone looking to simplify their cleaning routine. I highly recommend this product.

The media could not be loaded. First thing, you need to fill it with water like I did in the attached picture of plastic tank in the main machine. I do wish it has an option of just dry vacuum only, this thing vacuums and wipes at the same time, might be great for some users, but what if there are cases where we only need dry vacuum? I tried the wet vacuum over a puddle of water, it did successfully pick up most of the water in Auto Mode. If you use turbo mode, it picks up more. Charging is slow, only adds 35 or so percent in about 30 minutes of charging. (I will do more chargings to confirm this number later.) It does a good job of cleaning my wood floor leaving it feeling and looking clean though again, charging needs to be a little faster. Read the manual, it is short only 9 pages with pictures, before you use, helps you alot!

Knew as soon as it was available I would be buying it and I did. This thing picks everything up from ketchup to oats! The best thing is it’s self cleaning!!!

I was not sure about this to begin with, its not a brand I was familiar with but the reviews were good. First this is packaged well, I do not foresee issued with shipping damage unless it gets run over. Second this is easy to assemble. It took longer to get it out of the box than to put it together. No tools were needed. Warning this is heavy, but it also very, very, well built. You can tell this is built to last. The motor is powerful and it wanted to take off the first time I turned it on. It does not leave much water at all which is good. I used in our out tile floors and unless it is really stuck on it picked it up easily. This is great for weekly/daily maintenance. The stand is well built, and heavy as well no issues with it getting knocked over. Time will tell how this hold up to kids and pets on tile but I have high hopes.
